Die Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sowie ein separater Raum zum Wäsche trocknen befinden sich im Keller.
Außerdem steht jedem Zimmer ein einzelner Kellerraum zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, indem überwiegend Studenten wohnen.
Zur HS Harz benötigst du nur ca. 5 Minuten und die Haltestelle Lutherstraße ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befindet sich ein NP Markt, Netto, Apotheke und eine Sparkasse, die schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Dein neuer Mitbewohner ist nett, humorvoll und aufgeschlossen und studiert BWL im 2. Semester.
Generell gibt es im Haus lustige Grill- & DVD Abende und man wird schnell in die Gruppe integriert. Aber auch für die nötige Ruhe zum Lernen ist gesorgt :)
