Für Fahrräder o.ä. ist ein Abstellraum vorhanden. Am Standort ist Internet bis zu 100 Mbit/s verfügbar. Die Kosten hierfür sind nicht in den Betriebskosten enthalten und der Anschluss wird gegenwärtig nicht durch den Vermieter sondern von der WG betrieben.
