Hallo neue Mitbewohner,
wir sind eine 4er WG im Zentrum von Wesseling und bieten euch ein 20m² Zimmer an. Die Wohnung hat ein Bad (mit Waschmaschine) , ein Gäste Bad, eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und einen Balkon.
Das Haus besitzt einen Fahrstuhl und ein breites Treppenhaus (super zum einziehen).
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Februar 2018 frei.
Ihr könnt fussläufig alles erledigen: Arzt, Einkaufen, Post, Bier trinken, am Rhein abhängen, etc.
Wir sind aktuell zwei Studenten (Uni Bonn / Uni Köln) und ein Berufstätiger. Die Bahnanbindung ist super einfach. Ca. 300 m zur U16/U18 fährt direkt nach Köln und Bonn.
