Hello,
we are a warm and small WG and are looking for a new tenant since Juli 1st. This room is on the 1st floor, and the next tenant will share the bathroom on that floor and the kitchen on the groundfloor.
One of our dear mates from Colombia has to move, so her room is getting free. In principle, the room is unurnished. However, for a small additional budget (something between 150-200, still to be determined), the furniture can be traspassed. It includes the bed, a small table with two chairs, a shelf and a clothier (pics attached).
There is a washing machine in the cellar, dishwasher and fridge in the kitchen. We are mainly out, so we usually share briefly some time in the kitchen. So this is a calm and quiet WG, not a party-WG, take that into account. However, visits are of course totally allowed as long as they don't disturb the tranquility of the others.
The house is only 3 to 4 minutes walk from the S-Bahn Station (Zone 2, S8 line from/to Herrsching - München Hauptbahnhof - München Intl. Airport) and 10 minutes from the beautiful Wesslinger See. There is an Edeka Store nearby and an Aldi Süd store 6 - 7 minutes by bike.
We are from different backgrounds, mainly workers but students as well. I come from Perú, two girls from Colombia, one girl from Ukraine and a guy from India. So we communicate in English, German or Spanish. We work mainly in technology, however volunteers, students, apprentices, etc. have lived here as well.
Important: Nebenkosten are still to be determined but it is something between 110 - 150 EU.
In the WG, we have some rules about cleaning, nothing heavy as it is just once in a while.
