From the 15th of October, 2019, 1 beautiful room in a shared apartment in our terraced house near Weßlinger lake will be available for one month.
Kitchen, garden and cellar are to be shared. The room is located on the 1st floor, it is furnished with a bed(no cot), table and a wardrobe and has a window and view to the garden. Warm rent is 550 Euros.
The main tenant is 57 years old, makes films, writes and paints a lot, likes to cook and drink a glass of wine together.
The other tenants are aged around 25, including me are young engineers from DLR.
It is a few minutes to Lake Weßlinger and 3 minutes to the S8 to Munich.
