Leben auf einem alten Hof mit seinen Vor und Nachteilen. Urig, Ursprünglich. Auch im Winter gut zu erreichen, ca. 700 m zum Hofer und Bus ( Kitzbühel- Wörgl) , 15 min fussläufig nach Westendorf / Golfplatz( Schwimmbad. ca. 1 Km zum nächsten Bahnhof.
Das Zimmer ist gross und hell. Balkon, Terrasse. Zimmer hat einen Holzofen. Es gibt ein Gästezimmer für gelegentlichen Besuch. Kräutergarten. Urige Wohnküche mit Holzherd.
Wohnzimmer zur Mitbenutzung.
Verkehrsgünstig an der Bundesstrasse 170 ( auch im Winter geräumt) . Supermarkt und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fussläufig .
Ich arbeite von do-Sa in Hopfgarten , ansonsten mache ich Kräuterwanderungen und Kräuterprojekte. Es wäre schön jemanden im Haus zu haben, der auch etwas von Kräutern versteht. Der Mitbewohner muss das einfache Leben mögen und keine Spinnenphobie haben.
Man hört die Autos und die Bahn, in der Nacht, aber nicht schlimm. Heizen mit Holz . 140qm geteilt durch 2 .
Bad hat Dusche und Heizung/ Waschmaschine wird angeschafft.
Ein Bach ist direkt hinter dem Haus.
Ich liebe es zu Kochen. Gemeinsames Essen wäre schön.
