Hello dear people,
we are looking for a new person for a room in our beautiful & cozy house on the edge of Dreye/ Weyhe. We live here very close to nature directly at the Weserdeich and yet the Bremer city centre is easily accessible.
In addition to our inviting garden overlooking the dike, the next cooling at the Wieltsee or at the "Alten Weser" awaits in summer. In this quiet idyll, besides me (Josh (33, seafarers in activism), Ulla (37), geographer, cultural scholar & respiratory coach and Ben (21) medieval market enthusiasts in the industry; and the three cats Ahri, Skadi and Thor.
The house offers a total of about 200 sqm of living space. In common we use the living and dining room, kitchen, office, guest room and laundry room. The attic & Keller offers additional storage space. There is also a very comfortable home cinema in the house.
On the sunny terrace as well as in the garden we have various beds, where we always try towards self-sufficiency (in the very small size) and look forward to it if you also want to introduce yourself here.
The rental height as well as the room choice can be individually agreed – we are much more important that all people really feel comfortable here and that living together is harmonious for all. Flexibility and open communication are our first priority.
Therefore, it would also be possible to involve single-parent persons plus child. Enough place is there:)

Hallo liebe Menschen,
wir suchen ein neue Person für ein Zimmer in unserem schönen & gemütlichen Haus am Rande von Dreye/ Weyhe. Wir leben hier sehr naturnah direkt am Weserdeich und dennoch ist die Bremer Innenstadt super schnell erreichbar.
Neben unserem einladenden Garten mit Blick auf den Deich wartet im Sommer die nächste Abkühlung am Wieltsee oder an der "Alten Weser". In dieser ruhigen Idylle leben neben mir (Josh (33, Seefahrer im Aktivismus) aktuell noch Ulla (37), Geografin, Kulturwissenschaftlerin & Atemcoach und Ben (21) Mittelaltermarktbegeisterterindustriekaufmensch; sowie die drei Katzen Ahri, Skadi und Thor.
Das Haus bietet insgesamt ca. 200 qm Wohnfläche. Gemeinschaftlich nutzen wir davon das Wohn- und Esszimmer, die Küche, das Arbeitszimmer/Büro, das Gästezimmer und die Waschküche. Der Dachboden & Keller bietet zusätzlichen Stauraum. Außerdem gibt es im Haus ein sehr bequemes Heimkino.
Auf der sonnigen Terrasse sowie im Garten haben wir diverse Beete, wo wir auch immer mal uns in Richtung Selbstversorgung (im ganz kleinen umfang) versuchen und uns drüber freuen wenn du auch Lust hast dich hier einzubringen.
Die Miethöhe sowie die Zimmerwahl können individuell abgesprochen werden – uns ist es viel wichtiger, dass sich alle Menschen hier wirklich wohlfühlen und das Zusammenleben für alle stimmig ist. Flexibilität und offene Kommunikation stehen für uns an erster Stelle.
Daher wäre es auch möglich, dass Alleinerziehende Personen plus Kind einziehen. Genug Platz ist da :)

Approx. 25 minutes by bike to the Werdersee, 30 - 40 minutes to the city centre, Neustadt and the quarter (depending on the wind direction).
5–10 minutes walk to the next bathing lake ("Wieltsee" & "Alte Weser")
It is also possible to use the cars of the WG together and to take trips and the like together.
Shopping facilities: There are many shops in the next place (Kirchweyhe). These can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car. In addition, there is the possibility to supply the purchase directly to the house via "Picnic".
Gute Anbindung mit Bus & Bahn (Bus 750 & 121 direkt vor der Haustür); Bahnhof Dreye nach Bremen Hbf 8 Minuten
Ca. 25 Min. mit dem Rad zum Werdersee, 30 - 40 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt, Neustadt und ins Viertel (je nach Windrichtung).
5–10 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Badesee ("Wieltsee" & "Alte Weser")
Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, die Autos der WG gemeinsam zu nutzen und auch zusammen Ausflüge und dergleichen zu unternehmen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Es befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort (Kirchweyhe). Diese sind in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Außerdem besteht die Möglichkeit, sich über "Picnic" den Einkauf direkt ins Haus liefern zu lassen.
