Das Zimmer ist 20m2 groß und liegt im Obergeschoss der Wohnung. Durch die Dachflächenfenster ist es sehr hell, kann mit Rollläden bei Bedarf aber auch komplett abgedunkelt werden. Auf einer Seite des Zimmers gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank mit viel Stauraum, ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben. Direkt neben dem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Zudem gibt es noch einen unbeheizten Dachboden der als Stauraum dient und durch das Zimmer erreicht wird.
Küche, Toilette und Wohnzimmer befinden sich im Untergeschoss, genauso wie die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer und noch ein weiteres Bad mit Badewanne, die auch von allen genutzt werden kann. Das Wohnzimmer ist wirklich riesig und bietet viel Platz um einfach nur gemütlich zu lesen, Filme zu schauen oder auch für gemeinsames Essen und Spielabende. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse mit noch mehr Platz zum chillen und grillen oder um das ein oder andere Gemüse selbst anzubauen.
The room is quite spacious with a size of about 20m2 and gets plenty of daylight thanks to its skylight windows. It has a built-in cupboard along one entire side of the room so there is plenty of storage space available. Apart from that the room is unfurnished. Next to the room are the upstairs bathroom and another bedroom, there is also a big storage attic which is accessed through this room.
Downstairs we have our kitchen and the living room as well as the toilet, a second bathroom and two more bedrooms. The living room offers plenty of space with a nice chill area, a couch to watch movies or play games and a big table to host WG dinners or board game nights. We also have a very nice terrace where we either just chill, make barbecue or try our hands at some actual gardening, so far with rather moderate success.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Bezirk zwischen Stubenring und Kärntner Straße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ausgezichnet, U1, U2, U3 und U4, mehrere Straßenbahn- und Buslinien sindinweniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Restaurants/Bars/Cafesgibt es ohne Ende in der Umgebung, Spar und Billa mit Sonntagsöffnung sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Für Spaziergänge biete sich der nahegelegene Stadtpark oder auch das Belvedere an.
The flat is located in the southwestern parts of the first district, right in the heart of Vienna. Several subway lines as well as trams and buses are within ten minutes walking distance.
There are tons of restaurants and bars in the area and we have severeal grocery stores within walking distance. Some of them are even open on Sundays. Close to us is also the Stadtpark with not only a subway stop but also some nice paths to walk around and take a break.
Zur Zeit wohnen wir hier zu viert, Cezara und Kostas im oberen Schlafzimmer sowie Armin und Jerome jeweils in den Zimmern unten. Wir sind alle berufstätig und somit im Alltag recht viel außer Haus, im Moment aber natürlich mit Home Office viel in der Wohnung. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten stehen je nach Lust und Laune am Programm, im Winter immer mal wieder Spieleabende, im Sommer dann eher gemeinsames Grillen und gemütliches zusammen sitzen auf der Terrasse.
We are currently four people in the apartment, Cezara and Kostas in the other bedroom upstairs, Armin and Jerome have their bedrooms downstairs. We are all working more ore less full time, although currently mostly from home. Sometimes we cook together or in warmer months rather do a barbecue, do board game nights or just enjoy a drink or two on the terrace at the end of a long summer day.
Da der Vorgänger mit dem Auszugsdatum flexibel ist, ist das Zimmer innerhalb von wenigen Tagen verfügbar. Wir könnten uns aber auch ein Einzugsdatum bis Ende des laufenden Monats ausmachen.
Since the previous tenant is able to move out spontaneously, the room is available within a few days. We could also arrange a moving date sometime else until the end of the month.
