Zu vermieten ist ab Juli ein Zimmer schönes und helles Zimmer in einer 2er WG (befristet bis Ende Februar 2024 oder auch länger).
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, ein Schreibtisch, Bett und Schrank sind in deinem Zimmer vorhanden und können ohne Ablöse benutzt werden. Ein Essplatz und kleine Kücheninsel sind auch sehr gemütlich und laden zum Zusammensitzen ein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Fenster sind zum Innenhof gelegen und die gesamte Wohnung ist nicht straßenseitig ausgerichtet. Ein kleiner feiner Balkon mit Sofa, Tisch und extra Stühlen ist jetzt auch wieder frühlingsbereit :)
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (1,60m), Die Küche ist sehr neu mit einem Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, WC extra, sonst gibt es noch eine Abstellkammer und eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
A nice and bright room in a 2-person shared flat is available for rent from July (until the end of february or longer).
The apartment is fully furnished, a desk, bed and closet are available in your room and can be used without transfer fee. A dining area and small kitchen island are also very comfortable and invite you to sit together!
The location is very quiet, the windows face the inner courtyard and the entire apartment does not face the street. A small, fine balcony with a sofa, table and extra chairs is now ready for spring again :)
The bedroom has a double bed (1.60m), the kitchen is new with a dishwasher and induction cooker. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate toilet, otherwise there is a washing machine in the flat.
8 min zu Fuß zum Praterstern (U1/2), 2 min zum O- Wagen, 5er und 2er sind auch in 8 min erreichbar. Billa, Hofer, Spar gibt es gleich ums Eck!
Das beste ist die Donauinsel, Augarten und Prater sind auch nicht weit weg.
Auch Freibäder bzw. Wildbadeplätze sind gut erreichbar (mit dem Fahrrad in 10 min im Gänsehäufl zb)
8 minutes on foot to Praterstern (U1/2), 2 minutes to the O tram, 5 and 2 trams can also be reached in 8 minutes.
Billa, Hofer, Spar are just around the corner!
The best is the Danube Island, Augarten and Prater are also not far away.
Outdoor pools and wild bathing areas are also easily accessible (e.g. by bike in Gänsehäufl in 10 minutes)
Meine Mitbewohnerin geht bis zum Ende des Jahres zurück nach Kanada, daher wäre das Zimmer befristet zu vermieten, mindestens aber bis zum Jahresende (oder Semesterende) und eventuell geht auch länger, das können wir dann gern besprechen.
Das Zusammenleben mit mir ist generell sehr entspannt! Wichtig wäre mir gut miteinander auszukommen, auch mal gemeinsam zusammen zu sitzen, was trinken essen oder nur quatschen können und gelegentlich auch wenn es passt was zu unternehmen, sowie natürlich auch Privatsphäre respektieren.
My roommate is going back to Canada until the end of the year, so the room would be for temporary rent, at least until the end of the year/semester though and possibly longer!
Living together with me is generally very relaxed! It would be important to me to get along well with each other, have drinks or dinner or just a chat and of course also respect each others privacy.
