Hallo Ihr Lieben, Ich habe ein sonniges großes Zimmer zu vergeben. Dieses ist 30m² groß und ist Teil einer 93m² großen Wohnung. Das Zimmer verfügt über 2 große Fenster, 2 Heizkörper und hat den Thermostat. Es ist Teil einer 2er WG, welche sich im 2ten Stock befindet. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bad mit WC und Dusch/Badewanne, und ein extra WC auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung. Die Küche ist üppig, bietet genügend Fläche, um gemeinsam zu kochen und ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Vorzimmer, welche als zusätzlicher Stauraum genützt werden können.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Der Schwedenplatz ist innerhalb von 7min zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Station Schottenring ist in 8min erreichbar. Zusätzlich ist die 2er Straßenbahn in weniger als 5min erreichbar. Billa und Spar sind jeweils 2 Straßen entfernt. Die Straße, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist ruhig. Das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist gut möglich. :)
