Helles Zimmer in 3er WG zur Zwischenmiete (1.2.- 20.6.)

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Augarten und ist nur acht Minuten von der U4 Station Roßauerlände und U2 Taborstraße entfernt. Außerdem gibt es direkt vor der Tür mehrere Straßenbahnen und Busse. Die Wg liegt nur 15 Minuten von der Hauptuniversität entfernt und ist also nicht nur zentral, sondern auch perfekt für alle die studieren 😊

Es ist Teil einer 3er Wg (bestehend aus einem großen Flur, den Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche inkl. Sofa, Bad und Klo) und wird mit meinen Freunden Lene und Fiona geteilt, die beide im 3. Semester Soziologie studieren und sehr offen sind.
Grundsätzlich haben wir einen Putzplan, bei dem wir uns wöchentlich abwechseln, aber natürlich sind wir nicht so penibel, wenn man mal keine Zeit hat, die Dinge zu erledigen, weil wir einfach alle bisschen drauf schauen, dass die common spaces gemütlich bleiben 😊 Und sowieso kannst du immer alles ansprechen, wenn dich etwas stört oder du etwas verändern willst.
Lene und Fiona malen öfters mal, kochen oder hören gerne Musik. Dadurch, dass wir befreundet sind, kochen wir gerne zusammen, verbringen gemeinsame Abende in unserer Wohnküche oder gehen gemeinsam fort. Grundsätzlich suchen wir also nach einer Person, die gerne Dinge gemeinsam unternimmt. Natürlich verstehen wir aber auch (bzw. die anderen, weil ich bin ja weg haha), dass man genauso Zeit für sich braucht, um seine Social Battery aufzuladen.

Hi 😊 My Name is Antonia and I am looking for someone to rent my bright room (11 qm) from February 1 to the 20th of June. It’s located right next to the beautiful „Augarten“ park and only 8 minutes away from the trainstations U4 Roßauerlände and U2 Taborstraße. There are also several busses and trams leaving right next to the building. The appartment is only 15 minutes away from the university of vienna and therefore not only central, but perfect for everyone who attends university.
The room is comfortably furnished und bigger than it seems, because the „main-closet“ stands in the corridor. The closet as well as the dresser in my room will be empty for yours stuff but I would generally prefer to keep the decoration as well as the books in my shelves, so I hope you don’t have a problem with that 😊 It is a shared appartment, consisting of two other bedrooms, two corridors, a kitchen and living room in one room, and a bath as well as a toilet. It’s shared with two friends of mine, Lene and Fiona who both study Sociology and who are very open and kind people.
We do have a cleaning plan, where we switch up the chores weekly, but of course we all understand that life sometimes gets in the way and that you sometimes don’t have enough time to do the chores. Also, both Lene and Fiona are very flexible, so if something bothers you, you can always address it.
Due to us being friends, we often cook, chill or go out together, which is why we also look for someone who is open to doing stuff together. But of course we (or the others, because I will be gone haha) totally understand that everyone needs time for themselves too, to charge their social battery.
