Dear future flatmate,
We currently have 1 room available in our cozy 3-person apartment! The living space features an open living room with a modern kitchen, and each room is a comfortable 13sqm in size. Additionally, we're lucky to have a spacious balcony on the 7th floor with separate access from each room, offering an amazing eastward view. As an added bonus, there's a rooftop sauna overlooking the Prater, and the building provides convenient amenities such as a laundry room and a bike garage.
Our home is in the charming and accessible 2nd district, just a short 10-minute walk to U1 Vorgartenstrasse. Excellent connectivity is provided by the U1 as well as various tram lines, all within a 10-minute walk. The Danube is just 5-minutes away, perfect for relaxing afternoons and swimming in summer!
Hi there! We're Leonardo (31) and Jacques (29), an Italian and a German respectively. Leonardo works in IT for an insurance company, while Jacques is struggling with his PhD studies at the TU Vienna. Cooking sessions are a regular occurrence, we have two sourdough starters in the fridge and we are passionate about listening to music (even if we don't always agree on the style). Our weekdays are quite busy with work and post-work sports, turning our apartment into a peaceful retreat during that time. On weekends, we get to catch up on some much-needed sleep, indulge in delicious baked goods, spend time with friends, and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and sports. Although we don't always have time, we also love playing board games!
