The room up for rent is a bright, 12 square meter room with a panoramic view of Vienna. You can even see Prater (the amusement park) from the room.
The closet and the shelf will be staying in the room for free.
The apartment is spacious and bright, and consists of two bathrooms, one separate toilet, a storage room and a kitchen. From the kitchen windows you have a view of the Mexikokirche (Franz-von-Assisi-Kirche).
You will only share toilet and bathroom with one other person in the WG.
The apartment is located close to the center and is very close to the subway U1 and U2 (7 minutes by foot). You can reach Viennas city center within 10 with U1.
It’s also very close to the Messe Wien and Prater, and offers many shopping possibilities. There’s a Spar within 1 minute walking distance, and a Hofer and DM within a 5 minute walking distance. With the subway (U1) you can reach the Donauzentrum Shopping mall within 10 minutes.
The atmosphere in the WG is very comfortable and calm. You can use the shared space whenever you need, and the other girls are always up for a chat when you meet in the kitchen.
Cleanliness and respect is highly valued in the apartment.
I am moving out after living in the apartment for 5 months. I have been super comfortable and satisfied with living in the WG. It is a modern and pretty apartment, with an amazing view and with super nice roomies.
You can move in on the first of february 2024, and since the room most likely will be empty from around mid January, it would be possible for you to move in earlier.
