Super spacious room (25m2) close to the Donau Canal

Hey guys, at the beginning of March a large room will become available in our four-person shared apartment because Uday is moving close to his work place in Lower Austria and will therefore be leaving our shared apartment.
The move-in date would be March 1st, but one can move in before April 1st. The room is very bright with its south-west direction and is more than large at around 25m2. You would even have the biggest room :).

The room is rented furnished. That means you can expect a double bed with a mattress, a cool green vintage couch with a matching table, a large closet, an armsofa and two large desks.
In addition to the room, our 120m2 penthouse (highest floor, but don't worry there is a lift) has a large living room, a bathroom, two separate toilets and a well-equipped kitchen.

Since the room faces the inner courtyard, it's pretty quiet.

Living in a shared apartment:

Your future roommates are René, Ankit and Thissanth.

- René (27) is originally from the north of Germany, but has been living in Vienna for several years. He is currently doing his master's degree in political science and works part-time.
- Ankit (25) comes from India and has been doing his PHD in Neuroscience for 2 years. He loves cooking and cooks better than your Indian place at Mjam :)
- Thissanth (27) is from Cologne and moved to Vienna to do his Master's in Business Administration at the main university. He also works part-time and is a photographer.

All 3 are super relaxed people and take each other into consideration. Since everyone has a lot to do with university and work, we sometimes lose touch with each other, but every now and then we like to cook in the evening or philosophize about society.

*Location*

The apartment is in a perfect location right next to the Danube Canal, about 2 minutes from the Karmelitermarkt and about 10 minutes from Augarten.
2 minutes from the Schottenring subway (U2 & U4) and approx. 8 minutes to Schwedenplatz. Otherwise there is everything you need for life. Supermarkets, Bipa/dm, cafes and restaurants and even the weekly market at the Kamelitermarkt.

Miscellaneous:

Regarding the furniture, I (Uday) would like to take the dressing table and one of the tables with me to my new apartment. Exact details of the furniture that is to be left can be discussed. I hope someone takes over the furniture as it is quite hard to sell away the stuff in the room.

Hallo Leute,

Anfang März wird in unserer Vierer-WG ein großes Zimmer frei, da Uday in die Nähe seines Arbeitsplatzes nach Niederösterreich zieht und daher unsere WG verlassen wird.
Der Einzugstermin wäre der 1. März, man kann aber auch zum 1. April einziehen. Der Raum ist mit seiner Südwestausrichtung sehr hell und mit ca. 25m2 mehr als groß. Du hättest sogar das größte Zimmer :).

Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Das heißt, es erwarten dich ein Doppelbett mit Matratze, eine coole grüne Vintage-Couch mit passendem Tisch, ein großer Schrank, ein Sessel und zwei große Schreibtische.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer verfügt unser 120 m² großes Penthouse (höchste Etage, aber keine Sorge, es gibt einen Aufzug) über ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, zwei separate Toiletten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche.

Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof liegt, ist es recht ruhig.

Wohnen in einer Wohngemeinschaft:

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind René, Ankit und Thissanth.

- René (27) kommt ursprünglich aus Norddeutschland, lebt aber schon einige Jahren in Wien. Derzeit macht er seinen Master in Politikwissenschaft und arbeitet Teilzeit. In Zukunft wird er auf jeden Fall bei Lanz sitzen und/oder mit Claudia Obert die Welt bereisen.
- Ankit (25) kommt aus Indien und promoviert seit 2 Jahren in Neurowissenschaften. Er liebt das Kochen und kocht besser als euer Inder bei wolt :)
- Thissanth (26) kommt aus Köln und ist nach Wien gezogen, um an der Hauptuni seinen Master in Betriebswirtschaftslehre zu machen. Außerdem arbeitet er nebenbei und ist Fotograf.

Alle 3 sind super entspannte Menschen und nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Da jeder viel mit der Uni und der Arbeit zu tun hat, verlieren wir manchmal den Kontakt zueinander, aber hin und wieder kochen wir abends gerne oder philosophieren über die Gesellschaft.

Freunde sind natürlich auch herzlich willkommen

*Standort*

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage direkt am Donaukanal, ca. 2 Minuten vom Karmelitermarkt und ca. 10 Minuten vom Augarten entfernt.
2 Minuten von der U-Bahn Schottenring (U2 & U4) und ca. 8 Minuten zum Schwedenplatz. Ansonsten gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Supermärkte, Bipa/dm, Cafés und Restaurants und sogar der Wochenmarkt am Kamelitermarkt.

Verschiedenes:

Bezüglich der Möblierung möchte ich (Uday) den Schminktisch und einen der Tische mit in meine neue Wohnung nehmen. Genaue Details zu den zu hinterlassenden Möbeln können wir gerne persönlich besprechen. Ich hoffe, dass jemand die Möbel übernimmt, da es ziemlich schwierig ist, die Sachen im Zimmer zu verkaufen.
