Zur befristeten Untermiete steht mein gemütliches, großzügiges 2er WG-Zimmer im 2. Bezirk sehr nahe zum Prater.
Wir wohnen in einem frisch renovierten Altbau (2021) mit Balkon und haben unsere Wohnung mit viel Liebe zu Detail und Gemütlichkeit eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer), getrenntes Bad (mit Dusch-Badewanne) und WC und eine eigene Küche - Highlight ist unser kleiner aber sehr feiner Balkon.
Das Zimmer eignet sich perfekt für alle Studierenden oder Young-Professionals mit Lieber zu Natur, Sport und Zimmerpflanzen (meine Pflanzen-Kiddos sind im Zimmer inkludiert). Man ist in 5-10 Gehminuten mitten im grünen Prater, in 10-15 Gehminuten an der Donauinsel und verschiedenste Gyms sind in 5-10 Minuten öffentlich erreichbar.

My cosy, spacious room in a shared flat (2 people) in the 2nd district very close to the Prater is available for a temporary sublet.
We live in a newly renovated "Altbau" (2021) with a balcony and have furnished our flat with a lot of heart and attention to detail.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a large living room), separate bathroom (with shower/bathtub) and WC and a separate kitchen - the highlight is our small but very cozy balcony.
The room is perfect for all students or young professionals who love nature, sports and houseplants (my plant kiddos are included in the room). It's a 5-10 minute walk to the green Prater park, a 10-15 minute walk to the Donauinsel and various gyms can be reached within 5-10 minutes by public transport.
Unser Grätzl, das Stuwerviertel, ist durch die Nähe zur WU studentisch geprägt, hat viele nette Lokale und Läden und ist super an den die inneren Bezirke angebunden (U1 in 5 Minuten, U2 in 7-10 Minute Gehzeit)

Our neighborhood, the Stuwerviertel, is student-oriented due to its proximity to the WU, has many nice restaurants and stores and is well connected to the inner districts (U1 in 5 minutes, U2 in 7-10 minutes walking time).
Ich wohne mit Tobi, einem guten Freund aus Studienzeiten, zusammen, der gerade sein Sabbatical gestartet hat, um seinen PhD in Jus zu machen. Unser WG-Zusammenleben ist extrem entspannt, wir machen gerne gemeinsam Sport, gehen Essen oder genießen das Wiener Kulturleben. Da Tobi viel unterwegs ist und für sein Studium zwischen Wien und Tirol pendelt, hast du die Wohnung aber auch viel für dich selbst.

I live together with Tobi, a good friend from my student days, who has just started his sabbatical to do his PhD in law. Our shared flat is extremely relaxed, we like to do sports together, go out to eat or enjoy Vienna's cultural life. As Tobi travels a lot and commutes between Vienna and Tyrol for his studies, you will also have the apartment to yourself a lot.
Nach Absprache kann auch gerne mein Stadtrad mitbenutzt werden - die Nintendo Switch will auf jeden Fall bespielt werden ;)
Wichtig ist mir vor allem Sauberkeit, dass du auf das Zimmer/die Wohnung gut aufpasst und dich eventuell auch ein wenig um meine Pflanzen kümmerst :)
Falls du das Zimmer etwas länger benötigen solltest, kann ich mit dem Zeitraum auch etwas flexibel sein. Schreib mir einfach, ich freu mich auf ein schnelles Kennenlernen bei einem (Video-)call!

By arrangement, you can use my city bike - the Nintendo Switch should definitely be played ;)
If you need the flat for a longer period of time than stated in the ad, there is the possibility of prolonging the stay for a bit.
What's most important to me is cleanliness, that you take good care of the room/apartment and maybe also look after my plants a bit :)
