In unserer 100m² großen Wohnung sind alle Schlafzimmer eher klein (8-10m²), aber wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, einen Flur und eine Küche, also viel Platz zum Verweilen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler usw. und als Extra haben wir eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer.
Da die Zimmer eher klein sind, habe ich beschlossen, meine Kleidung draußen im großen Flur zu lagern. Fühl dich frei, dasselbe zu tun!
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Ich habe Fotos meines aktuellen Zimmers beigefügt, damit du dir vorstellen kannst, wie es aussehen könnte.

563€ inklusive Heizung, aber ohne Strom, Versicherung oder Internet (etwa weitere 30-40€ pro Monat).

In our apartment, all bedrooms are rather small (8-10m2) but we have a huge living room, hallway and kitchen, so a lot of space to hangout. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher etc. + we have an AC in the living room.
Since the rooms are rather small, I decided to store all my clothes outside in the big hallway. Feel free to do the same!
The room will be rented unfurnished. I included photos of my current room for you to imagine, how it could look like.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im lebhaften 2. Bezirk von Wien. Mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, Penny, ...) sowie Restaurants, Bars und Märkte (Karmelitermarkt) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem ist der schöne Park „Augarten“ auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der erste Bezirk und mehrere Universitätsfakultäten sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Station (5 Min. zu Fuß) ist Schottenring (U2/U4), einschließlich aller dort haltenden Straßenbahnen (1, 71, U2Z), sowie die Linie 31 die direkt vor der Tür hält.

The apartment is located in the thriving 2nd district of Vienna. Several supermarkets as well as restaurants, bars and markets (Karmelitermarkt) are within walking distance. Furthermore the beautiful Park „Augarten“ is also reachable by foot. Closest supermarket is Billa (5min). The first district and multiple university faculties are also within walking distance.
The closest subway station (5min walk) is Schottenring (U2/U4) including all the trams stopping there (1, 71, U2Z).

Du wirst mit 2 Männern zusammenleben, beide sind Studenten an der Uni Wien, einer von ihnen unterrichtet auch. Beide sind 27 Jahre alt und sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Je nach Auslastung verbringen sie auch gerne Abende zusammen mit Brettspielen oder einem Film.

You will be living with 2 men, both are students at Uni Wien, one of them is also a part time teacher and the other one studies Mathematics. Both are 27 years old and speak german and english. Depending on their workload, they also like to spend evenings together playing board games or watching a movie.
