The location is ideal in walking distance from Prater, Danube Island etc. – we are located directly at the U1, so you can get anywhere quickly. Numerous shopping facilities such as Hofer, Spar, DM and Bipa also around the corner. Through the proximity to the Danube Island, a break in no time is possible, perfect for relaxing or for summer days to quickly jump into the water. The WU is within walking distance of about 10-15 minutes, the city centre can be reached quickly by bike or Öffis in less than 10 minutes. :)

Die Lage ist ideal in Gehdistanz von Prater, Donauinsel etc. – wir liegen direkt an der U1, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Hofer, Spar, DM und Bipa auch direkt ums Eck. Durch die Nähe zur Donauinsel ist eine Auszeit im Handumdrehen möglich, perfekt zum Entspannen oder für Sommertage zum schnell ins Wasser springen. Die WU liegt in Gehdistanz von ca 10-15 Min., das Stadtzentrum schnell mit dem Rad oder Öffis in weniger als 10 Min erreichbar. :)) 🎡

Despite everyday life, etc., we take time together – be it with a cup of coffee in the kitchen, when cooking together in the evening or during a cozy evening. Everything runs uncomplicated and harmoniously so that you feel comfortable quickly.

You will live with Flora, Clara and Bjarne – three wonderful people who enrich the WG in their own way.

Bjarne (23): He studies at the WU Master and is an open, warm-hearted type with a contagious positive emission. He likes to be active – be it in the Bachata dances or in his political commitment. He never gets bored!

Clara (21): She also studies in the Master's at the WU and has an open, warm way with which she immediately loosens every round. In her spare time she likes to discover new, charming cafés or enjoys a relaxed evening in cozy wine bars. She's always for a good conversation in the kitchen.

Flora (21): She studies law and spends a lot of time learning. In her spare time she likes to dance ballet and loves to cook. Flora is more a calmer person, but incredibly sweet and a great roommate.

Together, you will ensure a relaxed, warm atmosphere, with enough space for everyone, but also many beautiful common moments. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Du wirst mit wunderbaren Menschen zusammenleben, die eine offene und entspannte Atmosphäre schaffen. 🧡🧡
Trotz Alltag etc. nehmenn wir uns Zeit gemeinsame Momente – sei es bei einer Tasse Kaffee in der Küche, beim gemeinsamen Kochen am Abend oder bei einem gemütlichen Spieleabend. Alles läuft unkompliziert und harmonisch ab, sodass man sich schnell wohlfühlt.

Du wirst mit Flora, Clara und Bjarne zusammenleben – drei wunderbaren Menschen, die jeder auf ihre eigene Art die WG bereichern.

Bjarne (23): Er studiert im Master an der WU und ist ein offener, herzlicher Typ mit einer ansteckend positiven Ausstrahlung. Er ist gerne aktiv – sei es beim Bachata-Tanzen oder in seinem politischen Engagement. Mit ihm wird es nie langweilig!

Clara (21): Sie studiert auch im Master an der WU und hat eine offene, herzliche Art, mit der sie sofort jede Runde auflockert. In ihrer Freizeit entdeckt sie gerne neue, charmante Cafés oder genießt einen entspannten Abend in gemütlichen Weinbars. Sie ist immer für ein gutes Gespräch in der Küche zu haben.

Flora (21): Sie studiert Jura und verbringt viel Zeit mit Lernen. In ihrer Freizeit tanzt sie gerne Ballett und liebt es zu kochen. Flora ist eher eine ruhigere Person, aber unglaublich lieb und eine tolle Mitbewohnerin.

Gemeinsam sorgt ihr für eine entspannte, herzliche Atmosphäre, mit genug Raum für jeden, aber auch vielen schönen gemeinsamen Momenten.🫶🏻🫶🏻
