For 270€ (all inclusive - gas, insurance, heating, internet) I offer a 10m² big room in a raised ground floor (Hochparterre) in a quite area near Augarten and Prater.
Your room has a loft bed (mattress 140cm wide, would also fit for a 160cm mattress), a wardrobe, shelve, a desk and chair (No replacement for furniture - you can use it or I sell it)
The house has: a well equiped kitchen with a quite new fridge and a very new dishwasher, a small bathroom with a washingmachine, a separated toilet, a living room, one small (your room?) and two big rooms.
We do have a bicycle storage in the basement.
The flat is located between the Danube river/ Donauinsel and the inner city - near Volkertmarkt, Praterstern, Taborstraße, Augarten - and is well connected to public transport - Metro: U1, U2 / Tram 5, 2 / Bus 5B, N29 / S-Bahn Praterstern
Supermarkets like Spar, Billa, Hofer, Shefa Market, Lunzers Maßgreislerei etc - really close
Volkertmarkt offers very nice cafés, restaurants, good food and a small but nice farmers market every saturday.
I am 33 years old, working full time in the area of agriculture and I am looking for flatmates that:
- preferably experienced living in shared flats,
- have a more or less „arranged“ life - (respect sleeping hours and have left their hardest party times behind)
- know how to clean up: I am not too meticulous, but really like a clean kitchen
- are responsible and open-minded
