This room in the beautiful second district of beautiful Vienna is available for rent from now on. The room is a bit over 20 m2 and has a balcony. It is a 2 person shared flat in a freshly renovated Altbau. The other person living there is Vali, a friendly and intelligent art student. The flat is 4 min walking to Messe Prater (U2) and 7 min to Praterstern (U1/U2/trains, trams, buses). The Prater is right at the other side of the street. Everything included, the rent is €520, no deposit.
I’ve been living there for nearly 10 years now and it’s (hands down) one of the most beautiful parts of the whole city.
The apartment is located on Ausstellungsstraße, a three minutes walk to Messe Prater U2 and a seven minutes walk to Praterstern (U1, U2, trains, trams buses). On the other side of the street is the Prater park, by far the biggest and coolest park in Vienna. Just on the other side of the block is a Billa, and a Penny and Hofer are also in walking distance. There are some cool restaurants (Deewan, Mochi Ramen Bar), bar and cafés (Cafe Dezentral, Cake Tree) and two of the best clubs of the city (Pratersauna and fluc) close by. The University for Economics and Business is a mere 10 minutes walk from the house.
It’s a bit hard to describe the life in the flat cause its a 2 person flat so the dynamic depends mostly on how how both people decide to have it. Vali works/studies a lot but is also up for a beer most of the time :)
A really important thing is cleanness. Also: sharing is caring! Vali won’t hesitate to use your olive oil if he ran out. Please feel free to do the same!
The whole rent is 430€, with no additional fees of any kind. Beside the couches and the closet most things can stay in the apartment without any additional costs but we can also remove them.
