(Schlaf-) Kabinett in WG mit großem Wohnzimmer am Odeonplatz

Die Wohnung befindet sich im letzten Stock des Hauses direkt am Odeonplatz.
Die U1Station Nestroyplatz (3 min) und die U2Station Taborstraße (4min) sowie der Praterstern (8min) sind in unmittelbarer Gehweite zu erreichen.
Der Odeonplatz ist ein belebter Platz mit Bäumen, Kinderspielplatz und Basketballkorb. Im Sommer kann es tagsüber etwas lauter werden, abends ist ab spätestens 23h aber Ruhegebot.
Die Stimmung ist sehr freundlich, grätzelmäßig, multikulturell.
Diverse Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, die die Leopoldstadt zu bieten hat, gibt es hier zahlreiche.

The flat is in the third and last floor of the building situated on the Odeon-Square.
U1- Station Nestroyplatz (3min), U2-Station Taborstraße (4min), aswell as Praterstern Trainstation (8min) are close and easy to reach.
The Square is lively, has many trees, a playground and a basketball coart. In the summer it can get a bit noisy with the children, but after max. 23h it has to be quiet outside.
The mood is friendly, grätzel-style, multi-cultural. A lot of bars, cafés and restaurants can be found in the Leopoldian neighborhood.

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß für 2 Personen und so organisiert dass es ein großes helles Wohnzimmer gibt, eine recht große gemütliche Küche, Badezimmer, Toilette, ein Zimmer (17m2) und
ein Kabinett (7m2).
Über das Vorzimmer gelangt man in Küche, Kabinett, Bad, Klo und Wohnzimmer und darüber hinaus in das große Zimmer.
Das Zusammenleben sollte ein freundliches und respektvolles sein. Es ist aber vor allem durch die grosszügig geschnittene Wohnung durchaus genug Privatsphäre und Rückzug möglich.
Ich wohne seit fast 2 Jahren in der Wohnung und arbeite 40h/w in einem Architekturbüro. Neben der Arbeit habe ich weitere Projekte und auch viele Interessen, darunter allgemein Bewegung , Yoga, Filme, Musik, Gitarre, alle schönen Künste, Kochen, Reisen. Auch wenn das Zusammenleben seinen Zweck erfüllen soll, ist mir ein guter persönlicher Umgang sehr wichtig.

The flat is pretty large for 2 p. and well organised so that there is a large & bright living room, a cosy kitchen, bathroom, toilette, an additional room (17m2) and the cabinet (7m2).
Through the entrance room you get into the kitchen, toilette, bathroom, my room and the living room and through the living room to the other room.
Living together for me should be friendly and respectful. Thank's to the spatious appartment and a well cut organisation of the flat there is enough space for privacy but also for living together, eating, friends, etc.

I have been living in the apartment for almost 2 years and work 40h / w in an architectural office. In addition to work, I have other projects and many interests, including general movement, yoga, films, music, guitar, all the fine arts, cooking, travel. Even if living together should fulfill its purpose, good personal contact is very important to me.
