Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Blick auf den Volkertmarkt sehr geräumig und in einer Ruhelage. Die Wohnung ist ein Erstbezug, sie wurde vollkommen saniert, hat wegen Altbau hohe Decken und ist Südseitig ausgerichtet.
The room is very spacious furnished and has a view on Volkertmarkt. The flat is newly renovated, with high ceilings and view to the south.
In sofortiger Reichweite gibt es einen Bus, zwei Straßenbahnen (2er, 5er) sowie sehr nahe den Praterstern. Der Volkertmarkt ist ein ruhiger Markt, ein schöner großer Platz mit einigen Lokalen. Sehr nahe ist auch der Augarten, wo man schön laufen kann, sich auf eine Bank setzen um ein Buch zu lesen etc. Wenn einem das zu klein ist, gibt es den riesengroßen Prater zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dieser bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten sich an der frischen Luft zu bewegen.
In very close proximity is a bus and two trams, aswell as Praterstern (train station). Volkertmarkt is a rather calm market place with some tiny restaurants. Very close is also Augarten a nice park for running or going for a walk. Also very close you find Prater which is an even bigger park with extensive opportunities for sport. All accessible by foot.
