Ich suche jemanden, der/die ab dem 1. November einziehen kann.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und teilweise mit Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal usw. ausgestattet (über den Rest der Möbel, z. B. das Bett, das man mit meinem Mitbewohner besprechen könnte). Der Raum ist recht geräumig und hell, hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf den Kanal. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne, die Toilette ist getrennt, WiFi funktioniert perfekt in der ganzen Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Dear people,
I'm looking for a flatmate from 01.11 in 2-rooms appartment in second disctrict.
The room is about 20m², partly furnished with wardrobe, bookcase etc(the rest of furniture, e.g. bed one could discuss with my flatmate).
The room is quite spacey and full of light, It has a big window with view on the channel. In the bathroom there's a bathtub, toilet is separated, Wifi is working well in the whole flat. The flat was fully renovated for about 3 years ago, so everything is in very good conditions.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk direkt am Donau-Kanal, neben dem grünen Prater Park, aber gleichzeitig ziemlich zentral und ganz in der Nähe der Innenstadt. Die Bushaltestelle 80A befindet sich fast vor dem Eingang, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit der Straßenbahn O ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, U1/U2 Praterstern circa 10 Minuten, Rochusgasse ca 15 Minuten.
Billa ist ca 4 min zu Fuß entfernt, Pennz und Hofer ca 7 min, Spar 10 min.

The appartment is located in the 2. district just right at the Donau channel, next to the green Prater Park but at the same time pretty central and quite close to city center. Bus station of 80A is just almost in front of the entrance, tram station with tram O is about 5 min walk, Praterstern U1/U2 is in about 10 min. walk, another underground station Rochusgasse (U3) - around 15 min.
Billa is in 4 min walk, Penny and Hofer are in 7 min walk, Spar about 10 min.
Mein Name ist Gleb, ich bin 32 und komme aus Belarus. Ich bin ein Künstler, der derzeit meinen Master an der Akademie der bildenden Künste macht und in Teilzeit in der Galerie arbeitet. Ich bin eine aufgeschlossene, ordentliche und lockere Person, die eine/n zuverlässige/n, verantwortungsbewusste/n und nette/n Mitbewohner/In sucht. Ich bin normalerweise ziemlich beschäftigt mit meinem Studium und meiner Arbeit, daher sehe ich den Wohnort eher als einen Ort zum Entspannen und Ausruhen. Ich bin Vegetarier, habe aber kein Problem mit Mitbewohnern, die Fleisch essen, da dies immer eine persönliche Entscheidung ist. Ich spreche Deutsch, mein Englisch ist fließend und trotzdem viel besser.
