The room is about 12m² big and comes with a bed, a mattress and a big mirror.
There are good windows towards a side street. So it is very calm even with open windows.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Man braucht 2 min bis zur U2 Taborstraße und ca. 7 min bis zur U1 Nestroyplatz. Zur U4 Schwedenplatz sind es vielleicht 10 min.
Zu Fuß ist man auch in 10 min am Donaukanal und im Augarten. Mit dem Radl oder der U-Bahn kommt man ein paar Stationen weiter direkt zur Donauinsel.
Die Unis sind mit der U-Bahn in 10-15 min zu erreichen (zur Boku sinds 30 mit dem Radl). Ansonsten ist die Nachbarschaft ziemlich schick und man findet überall ziemlich gute Läden und Bars. Alles ganz schön dekadent, aber dafür wird im Hof nichts geklaut.
Hier in der Gegend gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Spar, Denns, Billa, DM, Hofer etc. sind alle ganz in der Nähe.
The public transportation situation is marvellous. Also the location of this cozy place in general is wonderful. From the apartment the metro U2 Taborstraße is only two minutes walk, the U1 Nestroyplatz is only 7 minutes away and also to the U4 you only need just 10 min. The Augarten and Donaukanal are right around the corner as well as everything you could possibly want in front of your doorstep. You can even ride your bike to the Donauinsel, which will take you about 15-20 minutes. And we have quite a good selection of bars around and many shops like Spar, Denns, Billa, DM, Hofer. What else could you want?
We are James, Martin and Paquito. We are basically very busy but we like to share the meals and in general to spend time together in the living room when we are at home!
In principle, this is a feel-good place to live! There is room for all shapes and colours and everyone can live out their creative inspirations. The living room-kitchen palace, is huge, almost as big as the heart of its future inhabitants. Besides the almost-tuned piano, there are a variety of other instruments.
We would like to get to know in person!
Nobody cares where you are from, if you are a respecrful human being. Neither are here any duties to fulfill that go further than cleaning in a normal range.
Would be nice to share some meals together every now and then or enjoy some time together. Every now and then maybe.
