Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sehr fein! Fenster zum Innenhof - daher super angenehm ruhig. Die Größe des Zimmers ist aber gar kein Problem, da es ein ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer & eine große Wohnküche gibt.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet! (die Ablöse ist für die Einrichtung der WG, nicht des Zimmers)
Dann gibt es noch ein separates Klo, sowie ein Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne, Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Die Wohnung selbst ist super ruhig, im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug.
... und wir haben eine Klimmzugstange & eine Dartscheibe :)
Its a cozy room with a window to the backyard, so pleasantly quiet.
The size of the room is negligible since there is a very large living room and a large kitchen.
Also, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks, bathtub & washing machine.
The room is unfurnished! (The compensation money is for furniture in the apartment)
The apartment itself is super quiet, on the 4th floor without an elevator.
... and we have a pull-up bar & a dart board :)

Deine zukünftige liebe WG besteht aus Daniel (Medizin Student) & David (Masterstudent an der BOKU). Die beiden sind wundervolle Menschen mit denen man gerne Zeit verbringt, zusammen Kochen, Wein & Bier trinken steht auf dem Program, also definitiv keine Zweck-WG.
Gesucht wird jemand, der plant längerfristig in Wien und in dieser Wohnung bleiben möchte!
Die beiden wohnen gerne in einer sauberen Wohnung.
