Wir suchen eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für unsere 3er WG in der Stuwerstraße im 2. Bezirk.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner, David und Clarissa, machen gerade ihren Master auf der BOKU. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen auch gerne immer wieder etwas gemeinsam (bouldern, kochen, trinken...), jedoch hat natürlich auch jeder von uns seinen eigenen Lebensalltag.
Zum Zimmer: quadratisch, sehr ruhige Hoflage, das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet (die Ablöse ist für die Einrichtung der WG, nicht des Zimmers)
Zur Wohnung: 4. Stock, sehr hell, renovierter Altbau, alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar, Küche (Vormittagssonne), großes Wohnzimmer (hofseitig), Abstellraum, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Wir leben gerne in einer sauberen Wohnung.
David and Clarissa are looking for a new roommate. Both study at BOKU doing their Masters. We enjoy to hang out together but we all have our individual lives as well.

3 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station U2 Messe-Prater. Der grüne Prater ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Donauinsel ist sehr nahe. Die WU liegt auch ums Eck.
Billa, Spar und Hofer sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
