Das Zimmer ist zentral gelegen und hat zwei Fenster welche untertags das Zimmer immer gut belichten. Für den Sommer ideal weil es nach Murren kein direktes Sonnenlicht gibt. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, Kasten und ein Regal sowie ein Keyboard. Das Zimmer hat recht viele Pflanzen, wobei man das Gießen nicht selbst überhebe muss (Jede Woche kommt eine Person zum Gießen nach Absprache mit dir).
U2 und u4 in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, station Schwedenplatz u1 ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt mehrere Straßenbahnlinien ums Eck und man ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß im ersten. (1er Straßenbahn ist zb 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt)
Der Donaukanal ist auch gleich ums Eck. Billa + Spar sind ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sowie auch eine Apotheke und verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés.
Weil es eine Zwischenmiete für ein Monat (eventuell auch für 2 - können ja noch drüber reden) ist, wird es wahrscheinlich nicht all zu viele spieleabende geben. Aber generell ist die WG sehr ruhig und wir sind keine Party WG. :)
Es gibt einen Putzplan wo jede Person alle 10 Tage (also 1x im Monat) putzt.
Das Zimmer hat ein Bad separat zugänglich mit Badewanne + Klo gleich vor der Türe.
Bzgl. der Zwischenmiete bin ich gerade auf Urlaub und dachte es wäre gut das währenddessen so zu organisieren. Du hättest Platz für Gewand im Schrank (nehme meines raus außer ganz oben) und auch im Kallax Regal neben dem Bett+Nachtkästchen.

This centrally located room is looking for a temporary tenant for august (possibly also September but we can talk about that).
The room is generally quite big, with a queen sized bed, couch, wardrobe and kallax. You’ll have space for your clothes in the wardrobe and can also put stuff in the Kallax.
You’d have your own private bathroom and there’s also a toilet in front of the room.
In the common room you’ve your own fridge and also a place to eat.
We are generally a quiet WG while liking to have a glass of wine together from time to time, but aren’t a party-WG. :)
Apart from that there are quite some plants in the rooom and my brother would come once a week to water them so you won’t have to do that :) we also have a cleaning plan where everyone has to clean once a month
