Da ich demnächst umziehen werde, muss ich schweren Herzens mein hübsches Zimmer in unserer 2-er WG hergeben. Die Wohnung liegt in der Franzensbrückenstraße, gleich beim Donaukanal im 2. Bezirk. Die Lage ist super praktisch, die O-Bim hält vor der Haustüre (10min nach Wien Mitte-Landstraße), der Praterstern (U1/U2/Züge/DM/Libro) und der Nestroyplatz (U1/Hofer) sind beide in 7-8 Gehminuten erreichbar. Ein Penny und ein Billa sind um die Ecke. Hinter dem Haus geht es direkt in den grünen Prater, in dem meine Mitbewohnerin und ich gerne laufen, Rad fahren, oder im Sommer mit Freund:innen picknicken.
Eure Mitbewohnerin wäre Johanna, 21 Jahre alt und Psychologiestudentin. Johanna ist eine friedliche und rücksichtsvolle Person, die auch mal für Plaudereien und einen Schmäh in der Küche zu haben ist. Während unserer gemeinsamen Zeit war uns Nachhaltigkeit und Sauberkeit wichtig, also wäre es auch von Vorteil, wenn meine Nachmieterin in diesen Punkten ähnlich denkt 😊
Zu den Kosten:
Miete (warm): 418,20 €/Monat - Im November und Dezember nur 375€!
Internet: 11,5€/Monat
Kaution: 1250€
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (ausziehbares Bett, Kasten, Tisch + 4 Sessel, schmaler Bücherkasten, Raumteiler, Garderobenstange), für die Möbel und die Waschmaschine würde ich eine Ablöse von 500€ verlangen (NP insgesamt 1020€).

Hey people!
Since I'm moving out, I'm looking for a new person to rent my room in our lovely shared flat! The flat's location is extremely convenient, there's the underground stations Praterstern (U1/U2/trains, Billa, DM), Nestroyplatz (U1, Hofer) in 7-8min walking distance, and the tram (O, Franzensbrücke, connection to Wien Mitte/The Mall) stops directly in front of the flat. Opportunity for grocery shopping is right around the corner (Billa, Penny). In 2 minutes, you're in the 'grüner Prater', a huge park in which we love to jog, relax, or meet up with friends. The Donaukanal is also right next to the flat.
Your flatmate would be Johanna (21 years old), a friendly and helpful psychology student who loves to paint, do some yoga or go running, and who will provide you with the best cookies during exam season.
Costs:
Rent (gas/electricity included): 418,20€
Compensation for furniture: 500€ (Table+4 chairs, sofa-bed, 2 shelves, 1 big wardrobe, washing machine)
Deposit (will be paid back once you move out): 1250€
