Schöne Altbau Wohnung mit 89 m2. Die Wohnung besitzt eine große Essküche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, seperates WC und zwei Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 25m2, sehr hell und hat ein Regal, Sofa und Schreibtisch, Bett (mit Matratze) kann dazu abgegeben werden gegen eine Ablöse von 150 Euro ( es ist fast neu).
Lage
Sehr guter Anschluss zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (sehr nahe: U-Bahn: U1, U2, S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 Bus: 40a Straßenbahn:1,5) 15 Minuten bis zum Zentrum ( Zu Fuss).
Donaukanal ist 10 Minuten entfernt und nächstgelegener Park (Prater) 5 Minuten entfernt.
Spar ist 3 Minuten,Lidl 3 Minuten entfernt. Zu Fuß braucht man 5 Minuten bis zu einem Billa am Praterstern Bahnhof (Hat täglich bis 22:00 geöffnet).
WG-Leben
Die Mitbewohnerin, Jorge, ist 30 und aus Venezuela. Er hat in der USA studiert und dann in verschiedenen Ländern in Europa gearbeitet. Jetzt arbeitet er international im Finanzbereich. In seinem Freizeit kocht er gern und spielt Videogames.
Rauchen ist generel kein Problem. Sonstige Anliegen können gerne besprochen werden.

Beautiful Altbau apartment of 89 m2. The apartment has a large dine-in kitchen, private toilet, bathroom with shower and bath and two rooms. The room is 25m2, very bright and has a shelf, sofa and desk, the bed can be given away for a fee of 150 euros (it's almost new).
Location
Very good connection to public transport (very close: subway: U1, U2, S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 tram: 1,5) 15 minutes to the city centre (on foot).
Donaukanal is 10 minutes away and the nearest park (Prater) 5 minutes away.
Spar is 3 minutes, Lidl 3 minutes away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to a Billa at the Praterstern train station (open daily until 10 p.m.).
WG life
The roommate, Jorge, is 30 and from Venezuela. He studied in the US and worked all over Europe. Now he works internationally in the finance sector. Smoking is not a problem. Other matters can be discussed in person.
