Deine Mitbewohner sind David (33 J.) und Daniel (30 J.).
David arbeitet als Kleintiertierarzt an der Universität Wien. Er arbeitet viel und macht gerne Sport (hauptsächlich Laufen, Fitness, Fahrrad). Zudem liebt er gutes Essen und kann eine Konversation nur mit "Anchorman"-Zitaten führen.
Daniel arbeitet als Elektrotechniker für die Kalibrierung von Hörtestanlagen, geht gerne Laufen oder Tennis spielen oder chillt einfach gerne im Zimmer und lauscht Musik oder spielt Gitarre. Wir zwei würden uns selbst als sehr offene, interessierte, lustige und natürlich nette Menschen beschreiben. Wenn es passt machen wir auch diverse Dinge gemeinsam, dazu zählen vor allem gemeinsames Kochen oder gemütliche Abende miteinander verbringen. Die meiste Zeit sind wir jedoch sehr beschäftigt: Daniel ist oft in Österreich arbeitstechnisch on-tour und David rettet kleinen Kaninchen und Kätzchen in der Tierklinik das Leben, was auch sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Das heißt Zusammenkünfte finden vor allem Morgens oder Abends in der Küche statt. Generell pflegen wir ein sehr harmonisches Miteinander und wissen gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre und den Freiraum des Anderen zu schätzen.:)

Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG sind für uns Grundlage eines guten Zusammenlebens. Bisher funktionierte das Zusammenleben ohne einen Putzplan, da diverse Putzaktionen immer gemeinsam gestartet worden sind. Dazu wurde regelmäßig ein gemeinsamer Termin ausgemacht und begleitet mit viel Musik die WG zum Glänzen gebracht.

Um in unsere WG zu passen, musst du kein Sportfreak oder Chefköchin/Chefkoch sein, aber eine gewisse Offenheit und Sinn für Humor sind jedoch von Vorteil. Eine Mitgestaltung an der WG von deiner Seite ist zudem wünschenswert.

Your roommates are David (33 y.) and Daniel (30 y.).

David works as a small animal veterinarian at the University of Vienna. He works a lot and likes to do sports (mainly running, fitness, biking). He also loves good food and can only carry on a conversation with "Anchorman" quotes.

Daniel works as an electrical engineer for hearing test equipment calibration, likes to go running or play tennis or just chill in his room listening to music or playing guitar. The two of us would describe ourselves as very open, interested, funny and of course nice people. When it suits us, we also do various things together, including cooking together or spending cozy evenings together. Most of the time, however, we are very busy: Daniel is often on-tour in Austria for work and David saves the lives of small rabbits and kittens in the animal hospital, which also takes up a lot of time. This means that meetings take place mainly in the mornings or evenings in the kitchen. In general, we maintain a very harmonious coexistence and at the same time appreciate each other's privacy and space :)

Order and cleanliness in the WG are for us the basis of a good coexistence. So far, living together has functioned without a cleaning schedule, since various cleaning actions have always been started together. For this purpose, a common date was regularly arranged and accompanied by a lot of music the WG was made to shine.

To fit into our WG, you don't have to be a sports freak or a chef, but a certain openness and sense of humor are an advantage. A contribution to the WG from your side is also desirable.

Ehest möglicher Einzugstermin wäre der 1.Juli. Die Kaution ist wie oben angegeben, die Übernahmekosten beinhalten die WG-Gemeinschaftsdinge (Geschirrspüler, Staubsauger, Gemeinschaftsmöbel, sonstige Küchen-/Badausstattung, etc.). Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert vergeben.

Die Miete haben wir generell so aufgeteilt:
Die Kaltmiete wird Bedarsgerecht geteilt, das heißt je nach den Flächenanteilen des jeweiligen Zimmers. Die Energiekosten plus Kosten für Internet werden gleichmäßig aufgeteilt.

Bitte keine Zweck-WG-Bewerbungen oder Zwischenmietanfragen.

Earliest possible move-in date would be July 1. The deposit is as stated above, the takeover costs include the WG community things (dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, community furniture, other kitchen / bathroom equipment, etc.). The two rooms will be without furnitur.

We have generally divided the rent like this:

The cold rent is divided according to need, that is, according to the area shares of each room. The energy costs plus costs for internet are divided equally.

Please do not send us any applications for a shared apartment or intermediate rent.
