Ladies and Gentlemen and everyone in between!
Es wird ein Zimmer in unserer wundervollen WG frei! Das Zimmer ist 10 m^2 und durch die circa 4 Meter hohen Decken (weil Altbau ;)) wirkt es noch großzügiger. Vormittags scheint die Sonne direkt rein und es besitzt ein schönes Fischgrätenparkett. Es wird vollmöbliert gegen eine Ablöse übergeben:)
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 346 € (hier ist wirklich auch schon alles mit dabei, also Internet, Strom, Wasser etc… unabhängig vom Verbrauch 😉). Wir haben 7 Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen, 2 Toiletten, 1 Küche und 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 großen Durchgangsraum, einen Wäscheraum, einen kleinen Abstellraum und einen großen Kellerraum. All das gibt uns genügend Platz, um uns alle gemeinsam wohlfühlen zu könnnen und trotzdem noch unseren eigenen Freiraum zu genießen.

Die Lage ist optimal! Alles was das Herz begehrt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zu Fuß bist du in wenigen Minuten in der U-bahn (U1,U2, U4), im Bus oder in der Bim. Der Augarten sowie den Stephansplatz erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Dm und Bipa befinden sich ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
Und das Wichtigste zuletzt: Der Donau-Kanal liegt direkt vor der Tür!

Kurze Personenbeschreibung:
Krzesimir -> Liebt es ausgelassen zu Frühstücken (Kaffee+Zigarette+Zeitung dürfen hier nicht fehlen!) und sorgt stehts dafür, dass man nicht auf dem Trockenen sitzt (Vodka ist hier das Stichwort!)
Fabio -> Unser Hobbykoch/Bartender erfüllt so ziemlich die meisten Klischees eines klassischen Italieners, macht aber leider nicht so oft Pizza, wie man es von ihm erwartet…
Albina -> Unsere Profi-Fotografin und Outdoorexpertin aus Sibirien, die stets für Kaffee und Kuchen zu haben ist und immer ein Lächeln parat hat
Katka -> Unsere strahlende Sonne. Vielseitig und sehr spontan ist sie immer für alles zu haben und stets bereit für eine Party
Steffi -> Unser Energiebündel aus Deutschland, liebt es jederzeit über Gott und die Welt zu philosophieren (dies jedoch erst nach 11/12 Uhr, da hier ihr Morgen beginnt)
Johannes -> Unser Profi Salsatänzer aus Finnland. Sehr sportlich unterwegs und stets motiviert etwas Neues auszuprobieren
Insgesamt sind alle sechs super entspannt und zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit für Gespräche über Gott und Welt, spontane Partys oder WG-Ausflüge zu haben.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem entspannten, lockeren und offenen Menschen, der gerne neue Leute kennenlernt und etwas zu
unserer kleinen Gemeinschaft beitragen kann :)
Es wäre cool, falls du bisschen was zu dir schreiben könntest, damit wir checken können, ob du zu uns passt.
Wir würden uns dann innerhalb der nächsten Woche bei dir melden. Besichtigungen am besten Vorort, aber online ist auch möglich ;)

Room:
Our whole WG is an Altbau, so the ceilings are very high, making the room and the whole appartment feel very spacious. The room rent is 346 € (6 € for the internet are included) per month. In this rent everything is already included (water, heating…)!The apartment has 7 bedrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and 2 living rooms, a room for hanging and washing clothes, a small store room and a big cellar room. All this gives us enough space to be with each other, but also have our private little quarters.

Location:
The flat directly in the middle of Vienna. You can reach everything important by foot. Within a few minutes you can reach several subway stations (U1,U2,U4), a few bus and tram stations. Augarten and Stephansplatz is also just 10 minutes by foot away
We have Billa, Spar, Hofer, Dm and Bipa in a walkable distance.
And of course Donau-Kanal !

Short description of the people:
Krzsemir -> You can surely join him for a famous „Viennese Breakfast“ (=Coffee+Cigarette+Newspaper) who always assures that your glass is never empty (vodka is the keyword here!).
Fabio -> Our part-time cuisine-chef/bartender/masseur pretty much fulfills most of the clichés of a classic Italian, but unfortunately doesn't make pizza as often as you'd expect him to...
Albina -> Our professional photographer and outdoor expert from Siberia, who is always available for coffee and cake and always has a smile on her face
Katka -> Our shining sun. Versatile and very spontaneous, she‘s always up for chilling and always ready for a party.
Steffi -> Our Energy Bomb, always up for a pretty indulging conversation after around 11/12 am (that’s when her morning starts)
Johannes -> Our professional salsa dancer from Finland. Very sporty and always motivated to try something new.
Altogether we are all super chilled, tolerant and always available for deep conversations, spontaneous parties or flat-sharing excursions.
We are looking for someone who is chill, easy-going and enjoys living with other people and who would fit in and contribute to the good atmosphere of our little community.
It would be nice, if you'd be a student, however, exceptions prove the rule.
Write something about yourself, your passion etc… We will set an appointment next week (preferably live but online is also possible).
