Ich vermiete mein geräumiges, helles und ruhiges WG-Zimmer ab August 2022. Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Doppel-Bett mit Nachtkästchen, riesiger Kleiderschrank, große Kommode und einem Spiegel sowie einem Tisch.
Die Küche ist sehr modern & komplett ausgestattet mit allem und noch mehr, was ein Student begehrt (inkl. Geschirrspüler).
Im Bad gibt es eine große Dusche. WC ist separat und da befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.

I am renting out my spacious, bright and quiet shared room from August 2022. The room is fully furnished and has a double bed with a bedside table, a huge wardrobe, a large chest of drawers and a mirror as well as a table.
The kitchen is very modern & fully equipped with everything and more a student could desire (including a dishwasher).
In the bathroom there is a large shower. Toilet is separate and there is a washing machine.

Wir genießen es sehr, wenn wir Zeit füreinander finden und respektieren gleichzeitig unsere Privatsphäre. Gemeinsame Wohnbereiche wie die Küche und das Bad halten wir grundsätzlich ordentlich und sauber.

I live with Stephan, my dear and likeable roommate, who studies at BoKu. We really enjoy finding time for each other while respecting our privacy. We always keep common living areas such as the kitchen and bathroom neat and clean.
Gerne hätte ich für die Möbel eine Möbelabnhame, da ich nicht vorhabe diese Möbel weiter mitzunehmen. Das Zimmer kommt also mit einem großen 180er Bett und zwei dazupassenden Nachtkästchen. Einer Kommode (dahinter würde sich auch ein TV Anschluss befinden) , einem großen und gut eingerichteten Kleiderschrank, einem großen Spiegel und einem Tisch.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung eine vollausgestattete Küche, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, ausziehbarer Esstisch und Stühle, ausziehbares Sofa (super für Gäste).
Möbelabnahme auf Verhandlungsbasis.

I would like to have a furniture purchase for the furniture, as I do not intend to take this furniture further. The room comes with a large 180 cm bed and two matching bedside tables. A chest of drawers (there would also be a TV connection behind it), a large and well-equipped wardrobe, a large mirror and a table.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, extendable dining table and chairs, extendable sofa (great for guests).
Furniture purchase on a negotiable basis.
