The bright room is 11 sqm big (not furnished).
The apartment is 103 sqm big with high ceilings, and the shared spaces are a big and bright living room, a big bathroom (with a shower, bath tub and washing machine), a small guest bathroom and a nice kitchen (fully equipped, with a dishwasher). It is a quiet apartment on the second floor and there is also a small “Vorgarten” on the ground floor of the building.
The flat is in an excellent location in the second district, right between the U Bahn stations Praterstern (U1) which goes directly to the airport as well as the main train station, and Taborstraße (U2). It is very close to the Donauinsel, and also a short walk away from the first district and Donaukanal, as well as the Prater amusement park, the Augarten, and also has many supermarkets nearby. Even though it is close to all these places, the apartment is still very quiet.

I am 28 years old, German American, work a lot (also home office) and also study next to my full-time job, so I am looking for girls who also work/have a similar schedule as me (so no student party apartment!).
