Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und ist aktuell mit einem Boxspringbett und großem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, beiden Möbelstücke können auch übernommen werden. Das Wohnzimmer würde von uns beiden benutzt werden.

Bei den Fenstern gibt es Plissee was das Licht sehr gut abschottet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten schon im ersten Bezirk oder auch bei der U1, Nestroyplatz. Daher ist auch der Praterstern gleich in der Nähe was zum Teil am Sonntag sehr praktisch sein kann. Außerdem hat man auch so eine sehr gute Anbindung an die WU, aber auch die Hauptuni ist mit der Tram1 sehr schnell erreichbar.
Es gibt auch einem Billa im selben Gebäude bzw. in der darüber liegenden Straße einen Spar.

Kurz zu mir. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere aktuell an der WU. Kommendes Semester lege ich aber eine Pause ein, um ein 6-monatiges Praktikum bei einer österreichischen Bank zu machen. Ich koche sehr gerne, lese, sofern es das Studium erlaubt, sehr gerne und gehe auch ganz gern laufen. Ansonsten interessiert mich das Thema rund um Finanzen sehr, aber ich werde dir damit sicher nicht auf die Nerven gehen. Aktuell gehen mein aktueller Mitbewohner und ich oft Abends im ersten Bezirk spazieren, aber das ist natürlich kein Muss, ich bin prinzipiell dafür, dass man immer offen und ehrlich miteinander ist und auch die gegenseitigen Grenzen respektiert.
Ruhe wäre für mich ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt von dem WG Leben, auch wenn ich natürlich kein Problem habe es ab und an krachen zu lassen, aber ich denke da finden wir bestimmt einen "common ground".

Briefly about me. I am 22 years old and currently studying at WU. But next semester I'm taking a break to do a 6-month internship at an Austrian bank. I love to cook, read if my studies allow it, and go running. Apart from that, I'm very interested in the topic of finance, but I'm sure I won't get on your nerves with it. At the moment, my current flatmate and I often go for walks in the evening in the first district, but of course that's not a must, I'm generally in favour of always being open and honest with each other and respecting each other's boundaries.
Quietness would be a very important aspect of the flat-sharing life for me, even though I have no problem letting it rip from time to time, but I think we'll definitely find a "common ground" there.
