My name is Marko (28) and I will be moving out. My housemate is Jamal he is 21-years old and an overal great guy. He is from Dubai and currently studies European Economy and Business Management (BA). He is very calm and clean. Jamal works a lot and goes full-time to university. So during the day he won't be bothersome at all, but he doesn't mind parties at all! He is an open and friendly guy and gets along with everybody. In short he is a very uncomplicated guy and I would like to find him a suitable, clean, and uncomplicated new housemate.

The room is very spacious and a 10 min walk from Schwedenplatz. Furthermore the underground, U2 Taborstraße is a 2 min walk from the apartment. As well as tram 2 that takes you to schwedenplatz or the Gurtel in a few minutes.
On the WG-Gesucht map it somehow shows the address more down the street. Please check Taborstraße 52B on Google Maps to get the correct location
The furniture in the room can be taken over for 150€ (bed+mattress, nightstand, desk with drawer unit, carpet, shoe commode, IKEA bookshelves) . The wardrobe and couch belong to the landlord so they have to stay in the apartment. The gas price increase already occurred therefore the rent is slightly higher than normally
