Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und Hofseitig gelegen. Weil es an einer Eckstraße liegt ist es auch sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (mit einem Schreibtisch, Schrank sowie Virtrine. Somit hat es alles was man so braucht) und ist separat begehbar wie alle Zimmer in der WG es sind.
Die Lage der WG ist eine der besten in Wien. Gleich am Donaukanal und der Salztorbrücke gelegen, ist man in 2 Minuten im 1. Bezirk und perfekt angebunden. Die U4 Station Schottenring ist in der Paralellstraße und auch die U2 ist dort zu finden. 5 Minuten weiter ist die U1 Schwedenplatz, sowie die 1er & 31er Straßenbahn wie mehrere Busstationen. (Auch diverse Unis & Bürogebäude sind zu Fuß von hier aus erreichbar.)
In der WG sind Personen welche studieren oder arbeiten. Generell ist es ziemlich ruhig in der WG was wir gerne beibehalten möchten. :)
Sauberkeit und Achtsamkeit sind in der WG wichtig, um ein schönes Zusammenleben zu ermöglichen. Wir machen das auf Vertrauensbasis und es funktioniert recht gut.
Sonst ist es ziemlich unkompliziert & wir sind eine no-shoes-indoor WG 😄

A cute room right in the city center is currently available for rent. It is right by the Danube canal and very bright with its large window. Considering the transportation possibilities the U4 and U2 are on the parallel street, as well as several tram and bus stations.
What I mostly care about is to feel comfortable in the WG and to not have a party-WG.
