Das Zimmer hat 17qm und ist straßenseitig ausgerichtet. Es hat helles Fischgrätenparkett und hohe Decken.
Die Wohnung an sich hat 77qm. Der Mittelpunkt ist ein großes Wohnzimmer, von dem alle Zimmer abgehen. Hier verbringen wir die meiste Zeit :-)
Die Küche ist relativ klein, hat aber Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und mega viel Stauraum.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne.
The room is 17qm and faces the street. It has Fischgrätenparkett and a high ceiling like the whole flat.
The flat itself is 77qm. We have a huge living room that builds the center of the flat, this is where we spend most of our time.
The kitchen is relatively small, but it fits a washing machine and a dish washer + it has lots of storage room.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Bezirk, direkt bei der Taborstraße. Man erreicht in 2min die U2, in 7min die U1 und in 10 min die U4. Schwedenplatz, Donaukanal und der Augarten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Umgebung sind einige Bars und Cafés z.B die new bar und Nelke, wo wir sehr gern rumhängen. Die Haupt und Medizin Uni sind 10 min mit Öffentlichen entfernt, die Akademie 15 min, die vetmed 25 min, die Angewandte 12 min, die TU auch 12 min etc etc etc.
The flat is in the second district, close to Taborstraße. The U2 is 2 mins away, U1 7 mins and U4 10 mins.
Schwedenplatz, Donaukanal and the Augarten are very close by. In the area are many Cafés and bars e.g. the new bar and Nelke, where we like to spend a lot of time :-).
The Hauptuni is 10 mins away, Akademie 15 mins, vetmed 25 mins, Angewandte 12 mins, TU also 12 mins.
Wir sind Anne (sie/ihr) und Mira (sie/ihr), wir kennen uns schon ewig und wohnen seit 2022 in dieser Wohnung.
Anne liegt am liebsten in der Sonne, hört Podcasts und macht Sudoku oder hängt in Cafés rum. Abends findet man sie tv now glotzend auf der Couch oder in einer Bar wieder. Ich (Mira) wohne seit 3 Jahren in Wien und studiere an der Graphischen. Am liebsten hänge ich mit meinen friends rum, lese viel und höre Podcasts zu linken Themen. Wir gucken beide gerne Fußball (Laura Freigang forever) und gehen oft zum Wiener Sportclub.
Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, sind selten in unseren Zimmern, weil wir entweder zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder draußen unterwegs sind.
Absolutes Plus der Wohnung: da in unserem Hinterhof der Außenbereich einer Kneipe ist, die erst um 18:00 aufmacht, haben wir sozusagen eine kleine Terrasse. (Da ist auch Platz für Fahrräder)

We are Anne and Mira, we’ve known each other since forever and have been living in this flat since July.
Anne loves to sit in the sun and listen to podcasts, doing sudokus or hanging out in Cafés. In the evening she’s you can often find her on the couch watching tv now or in a bar close by.
I (Mira) have been living in Vienna for 3 years now. When I’m not studying at die Graphische, I love to hang out with friends, doing crosswords and listen to podcasts about leftist issues. At the moment I love going dancing :-)
We spend a lot of time together, we’re barely in our rooms but in the living room or doing stuff outside.
Absolute plus: in our back yard is the outdoor area of a bar that doesn’t open until 6pm so we have a little terrace.
