Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern die durch eine Wohnküche getrennt sind, einem Badezimmer, einer separaten Toilette und einer Abstellkammer. Außerdem verfügt sie auch über ein kleines Kellerabteil. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 50 m2 und zu vergeben wäre das größere Schlafzimmer mit 12 m2. Die gesamte Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es können im Schlafzimmer aber natürlich Änderungen vorgenommen werden solange beim Ausziehen wieder alles so hergerichtet wird wie davor. Im Zimmer befindet sich momentan ein großes Bett (1,40 m), ein Schiebekasten, ein Schreibtisch, ein Schminktisch, ein Fernseher und einige Regale. Die Wohnküche ist mit einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle und einem Backrohr ausgestattet. Im Keller steht kostenpflichtig eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zu Verfügung, Aufhängemöglichkeiten gibt es am Dachboden. Direkt im Erdgeschoss befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Strom (Öko) und Gas beziehen wir derzeit von Wien Energie, die Kosten sind verbrauchsabhängig (zusätzlich zur Miete zu zahlen!). Wlan ist vorhanden und kann für 10 Euro pro Monat gerne mitbenutzt werden.

English Version:
The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms - which are separated by a combined kitchen and living room - as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storeroom. It also has a little cellar compartment. Overall the apartment has 50 m2 and we would rent the bigger bedroom with 12 m2. The rooms are all fully furnished but of course changes can be made in the bedroom, as long as everything is arranged the way it was before when moving out. At the moment there is a big bed (1,40 m), a cupboard, a desk, a dressing table, a TV and some shelves in the room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven. In the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer which can be used against a fee and there is some space for hanging up the laundry in the attic. Additionally there is a room for bikes right on the ground floor. We currently purchase gas and power from Wien Energie and the costs depend on consumption (not included in rent!). Wifi is available and can be used for 10 Euros a month.

Wir sind zwei Cousinen und haben diese WG ca vor einem Jahr zusammen gegründet. Agnes studiert an der WU und macht von Jänner bis Juni ein Auslandssemester in England, daher suche ich jetzt für diesen Zeitraum nach einem neuen Mitbewohner/ einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Ich (Leonie) bin bald 21, studiere Psychologie an der Uni Wien und arbeite nebenbei in einer Volksschule. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, treffe mich mit Freunden und verbringe - besonders im Sommer - viel Zeit draußen. Meine Familie wohnt nicht weit von Wien entfernt, deshalb bin ich am Wochenende meistens bei meinen Eltern. Dort habe ich auch einen Hund, den ich ab und zu auch mal mit in die Wohnung nehme aber meistens nur für den Tag. Unser WG-Leben war bis jetzt immer sehr familiär, wir essen wenn es geht zusammen und unternehmen oft etwas gemeinsam. Ich suche deshalb nach jemandem der nicht nur eine Zwecks-WG, sondern auch wirklich Zeit zusammen verbringen will. Im Haushalt haben wir keine genau Aufteilung oder einen Plan aber es ist uns wichtig dass die Arbeit auf Dauer ausgeglichen ist und dass es immer halbwegs ordentlich ist. Da es nur 5 Monate sind, wäre das Zimmer perfekt für StudentInnen die ebenfalls ein Auslandssemester machen, ich bin aber natürlich auch für anderes offen :)

English Version:
We are two cousins and we moved in together about a year ago. Agnes studies at WU and is planning on doing a semester abroad in England from January till June. That's why I'm looking for a new flatmate for this time period. I (Leonie) am almost 21, study psychology at the University of Vienna and work at an elementary school. In my free time I like to do sport, meet with friends and - especially in summer - spend a lot of time outside. My family doesn't live far from Vienna so I usually spend the weekends at my parent's house. There I also have a dog, from time to time I also take it with me to the apartment but usually just for the day. Our life here has always been very close, we eat together when we can and do a lot of things together. For that reason I'm looking for someone who really wants to spend time together as well. Concerning household chores we don't really have a strict plan but it's important to us that the work is balanced and that it is always more or less tidy. Because it's only 5 months the room would be perfect for students who are on a semester abroad as well, but of course I'm also open for something else :)
