Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden!
Da ich vor kurzem mit meinem Master fertig geworden bin, wird es Zeit für mich auszuziehen.
Das Zimmer ist 11 Quadratmeter groß und liegt zum Innenhof hinaus. Bei diesem Zimmer wird ein zusätzlicher Raum (mein persönlicher Kleiderschrank) mitvermietet der ebenfalls noch einmal Stauraum (ca. 3 Quadratmeter) bietet. Der Preis für die beiden Zimmer liegt bei 355 Euro warm.
Die Wohnung hat drei weitere Zimmer, einen großen Vorraum, Küche, Bad und WC. Zusätzlicher Stauraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, der von der Küche aus zugänglich ist. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden.

As I have recently finished my Master's degree, it's time for me to move out.
The room is 11 square metres in size and faces the inner courtyard. This room comes with an additional room (my personal wardrobe) which also offers additional storage space (approx. 3 square metres). The price for the two rooms is 355 euros warm.
The flat has three further rooms, a large entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom and WC. Additional storage space is also available. There is a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Taborstraße, zwischen Donaukanal, Augarten und Prater. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der U2 (Taborstraße) und die U1-Station (Nestroyplatz) ist weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Auch zu den S-Bahnen am Praterstern ist es nicht weit.
The flat is located near Taborstraße station, between the Danube Canal, Augarten and Prater. The flat is right next to the U2 (Taborstraße) and the U1 station (Nestroyplatz) is less than 10 minutes away. It is also not far to the suburban trains at Praterstern.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Ana, Jasmin und Laurent teilen. Ana kommt ursprünglich aus Slowenien (darum wird in der WG auch viel englisch gesprochen) und macht seit 2 Jahren ihren PhD in Wien. Jasmin kommt aus Niederösterreich, ist gerade in den Entzügen ihres Masters und schreibt daher gerade eifrig an ihrer Masterarbeit. Laurent ist aus Deutschland und studiert an der TU Architektur. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt, wir nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht. Da jeder ein spannendes und daher volles Leben hat sind wir in der letzten Zeit kaum dazu gekommen etwas zusammen zu unternehmen. Wenn es passt kann sich das aber wieder ändern.
You will be sharing the flat with Ana, Jasmin and Laurent. Ana is originally from Slovenia (which is why a lot of English is spoken in the flat share) and has been doing her PhD in Vienna for 2 years. Jasmin is from Lower Austria and is currently in the withdrawal phase of her Master's degree and is therefore busy writing her Master's thesis. Laurent is from Germany and is studying architecture at the TU. Both are very open-minded and uncomplicated. Life in the shared flat is relaxed and we take each other into consideration. As everyone has an exciting and therefore full life, we've hardly got round to doing anything together recently. But that could change again if it suits.
