Für eine gemütliche und freundliche WG suchen wir eine:n neue:n Mitstreiter:in um ein lebhaftes und gemeinsames Zusammenwohnen zu starten! Du müsstest längerfristig an dem Zimmer interessiert sein.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen 2. Bezirk in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Schottenring. Alles was das Herz begehrt, von Apotheke, Bipa, Billa und Bäcker bis Augarten, Karmelitermarkt und Donaukanal ist nur maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
In der Altbau-WG gibt es einen gemütlichen Flur, ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, ein separates WC, einen Abstellraum und in der lichtdurchfluteten Küche haben wir einen kleinen Esstisch und einen Geschirrspüler! Die 3 WG-Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar und im Innenhof gibt es eine überdachte Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
In unserer gemütlichen WG wird das kleinste Zimmer (12m2) ab Mitte Januar 2023 frei. Das Zimmer ist auf den ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet und getrennt begehbar. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben (wobei die Bettplattform im Zimmer bleibt).
Für das Zimmer fällt eine Gesamtmiete von 337,92€ an (Mietzins, Internet, Netzkosten, Energiekosten).
Die Kaution von 733€ ist an die Ausziehende zu zahlen.
Darüber hinaus fällt eine aliquote Ablöse von 120€ an die Ausziehende an (Waschmaschine: 50€, Staubsauger: 20€, kürzlich neu eingebaute Küchenarmatur: 50€).

We are looking for a new member of our cosy and friendly WG. We are looking for someone who would like to stay for a longer time.
The apartment is in the 2nd district, close to Augarten, Donaukanal, Karmelitermarkt. All necessary shops, pharmacies, etc. are just a few minutes away.
The apartment offers a big hallway, big bathroom with a laundry machine, a separate toilet, a pantry and a bright kitchen with a small dining table and dishwasher. The three rooms are separate and there is a possibility to keep your bike in the small courtyard. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The free room has 12m2 and will be free from mid-January 2023. Its window is directed to the quiet courtyard. The room is unfurnished, however the wooden platform is included.
The total rent amounts to 337,92€ (rent, electricity, gas, internet).
There is a deposit of 733€ which is paid to the person moving out.
Besides that there is a transfer fee of 120€ (laundry machine: 50€, hoover: 20€, new kitchen faucet: 50€), also to be paid to the person moving out.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse im wunderschönen Teil des 2. Bezirk, zwischen Donaukanal, Karmelitermarkt und Augarten. In der Parallelgasse gibt es einen Billa. Die U2 und U4 sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Straßenbahnlinie 31, sowie die Busse 5A und 5B. Ein paar Gassen weiter stößt man bereits auf gemütliche und diverse Cafes, Bars, und Restaurants. Apotheken, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc. sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is in a very calm street in the beautiful 2nd district; between Donaukanal, Karmelitermarkt and Augarten. There is a grocery store (Billa) in the next street. The metros U2 and U4 are only 5 mins walking away, as are the tram line 31 and bus lines 5A, 5B. A few streets further you will already come across a number of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. Pharmacies, etc. are also just a few mins walking away.
Die WG besteht zur Zeit aus Magdalena und Basti. Wir studieren beide und arbeiten fleißig, sind aber auch gerne unterwegs mit Freunden und dancen gerne durch die Nacht.
Magdalena studiert Internationale Entwicklung und beglückt nebenbei die Nachbarschaft mit der besten Pizza Wiens (Pizza Mari). Basti studiert Umweltingenieurswissenschaften und sorgt dafür, dass die Menschen fit leiben und zu guten Beats ihre Hüften schwingen können.
Wir wünschen uns von dem Menschen, mit dem wir zusammenwohnen Ehrlichkeit und Offenheit sowie Bereitschaft zur Lösungsfindung bei Konflikten, dass man regelmäßig den Putzlappen schwingt und vor allem, dass Interesse an einem Zusammenwohnen besteht. :-)

At the moment Magdalena and Basti live in the apartment, We both study and work, but also love to spend our time with friends or go out to dance at night.
Madgalena studies International Development and serves the best pizza in town (Pizza Mari). Basti studies Environmental Engineering and keeps people fit and drops some great Beats as a DJ.
We are looking for a person, who is honest, open-minded and open to resolve conflicts together, as well as keeps the apartment clean and - most importantly - is interested in sharing this home with us. :-)
