Das Zimmer ist ein (halbes) Durchgangszimmer (genau genommen eines von zwei Zimmern, durch die man zum 3. Eckzimmer gelangen kann). Es hat 21 Quadratmeter und hat eine hohe Raumhöhe, Altbau hald :) Es sind auch noch ein paar Möbel im Zimmer die noch zu haben wären aber in den nächsten Tagen abgeholt werden... Ansonst hat das zwei große Fenster in Richtung Westen und auch große Festerbretter so dass du bei offenen Fester auf ihnen sitzen kannst.
Ansonsten einfach wie auf den Fotos! :) (wir sind aber leider nicht die besten Fotografen haha)

The room is a (half) pass-through room (more specifically, one of two rooms that lead to the third corner room). It is 21 square meters and has a high ceiling, typical of an old building :) There are also a few pieces of furniture in the room that are still available but will be picked up in the next few days... Otherwise, it has two large windows facing west and also large windowsills so you can sit on them with open windows.
Otherwise, it looks just like in the photos! :) (But we're not the best photographers, haha)
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Alliiertenviertel, 5 Min. von Straßenbahnstation am Tabor entfernt, gute Anbindung zu U2
Taborstraße und U4 Schwedenplatz. Zu Praterstern S-Bahn und U1 Station 10 Minuten Fußweg.
5 Minuten Fußweg zum Volkertmarkt, ist ein netter Ort mit Basketballplatz und Lokalen sowie Marktständen.
Billa und Spar in 5-7 Minuten Gehweite, Hofer und Lidl in 9 Minuten
Augarten in 5 Minuten Gehweite. Uni Wien, WU,TU, Donauinsel und Millenium City sind jeweils in 20 Minuten öffentlich erreichbar, ins Stadtzentrum braucht es etwa 15 Minuten.
Fahrrad: WU - 9 min., Angewandte - 9 min., Uni Wien - 15 min., TU Wien - 14 min., Donauinsel - 9 min., Prater - 4 min.
Die Wohnung ist eine 4er WG in der derzeit zwei Menschen wohnen, Peter und Tobias, da es vor kurzen zwei unserer Mitbewohner:innen woanders hin verschlagen hat.
Grundsätzlich sind wir einen sehr offene WG und unternehmen auch gerne mal etwas zusammen. Zum Beispiel machen wir ab und zu gemeinsam Sport (Laufen, Wandern, Vollyball) oder gehen in den Park.
Wir wir freuen uns natürlich wenn du darauf auch lust hast, da uns ein nettes zusammenwohnen sehr am herzen liegt. Aber natürlich ist in unseren Leben auch viel anderes los und somit gibt es Phasen in denen wir weniger gemeinsam machen. Wir freuen uns aber immer wenn sich etwas ergibt.
Nachdem wir beide studieren und Peter auch arbeiten, sind wir beide viel außer Haus. Grundsätzlich ist es bei uns eher ruhig, aber hin und wieder schmeißen wir eine Party und Besuch ist natürlich auch immer willkommen.
Außerdem ist unsere WG ein Ort, in der kein Platz für jegliche Art von Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus und jede andere Formen von Diskriminierung ist.
Am besten, lernst du uns einfach selber kennen und kommst mal vorbei :)

We are actually a 4-person flatshare, but at the moment only Peter and Tobias live here, as two of our roommates have temporarily moved elsewhere. In general, we are a very open flatshare and also like to do things together. For example, we occasionally do sports together (running, hiking, volleyball) or go to the park.
We would be happy if you also want to participate, as a pleasant living together is very important to us. However, there are also other things going on in our lives, so there are phases where we do less together. But we always look forward to opportunities to do something together.
Since we are both studying and Peter is also working, we are both out of the house a lot. Generally, it's rather quiet here, but occasionally we throw a party and visitors are always welcome.
In addition, our flatshare is a place where there is no room for any kind of racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, or any other form of discrimination.
The best way to get to know us is to come by yourself and meet us :)
