Das Zimmer ist sehr sonnig, vollmöbliert und ist getrennt begehbar. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß. Außerdem ist es extrem ruhig und man hört keinen Straßenlärm, da das Zimmer innenhofseitig gelegen ist.
Die Wohnung ist 110 qm groß. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet und verfügt auch über einen Geschirrspüler. Im Bad befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine und es gibt eine separate Toilette. Im sehr geräumigen Vorraum hängt außerdem ein Dartboard.
Die Miete beträgt 330€. Dazu kommen noch 100€ für Strom, Gas, WLAN und Haushaltsversicherung.

The room is very sunny, fully furnished and is seperately accessible. The bed is 1.40m big. In addition, it is extremely quiet and you cannot hear any street noise, as the room is facing the courtyard.
The apartment is 110 square meters big. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a dishwasher. In the bathroom is also a washing machine and there is a separate toilet.
The rent amounts to 330€. On top of that there are 100€ for electricity, gas, WIFI and household insurance.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk und ist perfekt öffentlich angebunden. Die U-Bahn Stationen Taborstraße (U2) und Nestroyplatz (U1) sowie die Straßenbahn Linie 2 sind jeweils nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Augarten und im Prater. Auch am Schwedenplatz ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Des Weiteren sind Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer) in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Vor allem für WU-Studenten ist die Lage ideal, da man in 15 Minuten am Campus ist, mit dem Rad sogar noch schneller.

The apartment is located in the 2nd district and is perfectly connected to the public transport. The subway stations Taborstraße (U2) and Nestroyplatz (U1) as well as the tram line 2 are just a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, you can reach the Augarten and the Prater in a few minutes (parks to go for a walk, to go running or just sit in the sun). You can also reach Schwedenplatz in 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore, supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Hofer) can be reached in 2 minutes. Especially for WU students the location is ideal because you can be at campus in 15 minutes, by bike even faster.
Da ein weiterer Mitbewohner und ich auf Auslandssemester gehen, werden in unserer WG im Wintersemester zwei Zimmer frei. Die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind beide Masterstudenten auf der WU und arbeiten nebenbei. In unserer Wohnung herrscht ein super WG-Klima, da wir schon seit der Schulzeit befreundet sind und auch in unserer Freizeit viel zusammen unternehmen. Am Abend sitzen wir oft zusammen, kochen gemeinsam, schauen Sport oder verbringen einfach einen gemütlichen Abend. Auch wenn man mit uns gut feiern und Spaß haben kann, haben wir durch Uni und Arbeit meist einen vollen Terminkalender und wenn du Ruhe zum Lernen oder einfach Zeit für dich brauchst ist das ohne Probleme möglich.

Since another roommate and I are going on exchange, two rooms are becoming available in our shared apartment during the upcoming winter semester. The other two roommates are both master's students at WU and work part-time. There is a great atmosphere in our apartment, as we have been friends since our school days and spend a lot of our free time together. In the evening we often sit together, cook, watch sports or just spend a chill evening. Since we all have quite a full schedule it´s normally no problem if you have to study or just need time for yourself. Nevertheless, we are also always up for a party.
Am Wochende unternehmen wir gerne verschiedene Dinge. Darunter zählen unter anderem verschiedene Sportarten wie zum Beispiel Spikebal, Volleyball oder auch Klettern.
