I am moving out on 28-29.4.2023 from the country, and my flatmates need a New flatmate
Top location for people who love being close to nature and the city.
The flat is on the last floor (5-th, no elevator) in Altbau in the 2-nd district, just next to Prater and Prater park.
The room is arranged to the north, "Innehof" direction. There is a lot of light in the room because it is on the last floor. In summer, it is cooler than in the other rooms.
The flat has separate: 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom (with bathtub for relaxing), kitchen (with washing mashie, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer, and gas stove/cook), storage room, hallway and WC. The flat is fully furnished and has balcony furniture.
Along the whole south facade, there is a terrace looking all over the city and more especially all over Prater and Prater park. No higher buildings are blocking the view, so it is really airy. One can see from Stephansdom to TrIIIple and enjoy unbelievable sunsets terrace coach even if rainy weather. 2x Inside yards in the buildings.
