"Quiet 4-bedrooms shared apartment in the heart of the 3rd district.
We are looking for a tenant in our shared flat located nearby (4 mins walk) Rochusgasse U3 metro station, tram lines (71, 1, O), S-Bahn and Buses (74a, 4a). It takes 30 mins to get to the airport and about 15 mins to Hauptbahnhof, or 20 mins walk to get to city center. Our spacious flat (122 sqm) with 4 bedrooms consists of two merged apartments in a charming Altbau building.
The room is about 25 sqm, with rent price of 550 euro per month including internet, gas, and electricity. Room will be furnished with big bed, closet, couch, coffee table, chairs, working desk and shelves. Kaution amount is 1200 euros.
We are looking for a rather longer term tenant: 6+ months.
Little bit about us:
Amina (27) is the roommate with the most experience in this apartment! She likes to read, go to the movies, stand up comedies and concerts weather it’s classical or pop music. She is graduating statistics at Uni Wien and already works.
Tobi (32) comes from Germany but speaks many languages! He works at the National library while working on his PhD dissertation. He’s coming from Princeton and he’s interest are books, tv series, music and middle eastern culture and religion (which he studies).
Kruno (30) comes from Croatia and is the newest member of the apartment. He works at the SOS children’s village in Vienna and likes to hike, watch movies (real fan) and play board games."
