ZWISCHENMIETE für 3 Monaten, ein gemütliches Zimmer im 3. Bezirk

Die Lage finde ich perfekt:
zu Fuß
- 3 Minuten: U-Bahn Station Schlachthausgasse (U3)
- Weniger als 4 Minuten: Donaukanal
- 10 Minuten: grüner Bereich vom Prater

Außerdem kann man via U3 in weniger als 10 min. im Zentrum (Stephansdom) sein, und kann auch mit der 18er in 15 min. Hauptbahnhof erreichen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa, Spar, Bipa, uvm.
Weiteres nicht mehr als 5 min. entfernt: Apotheke, Bankomat (Spar), Anker, Restaurants etc.

Also in circa 10 Minuten kann man ein Fitinn finden.

I think the location is perfect:
By foot:
-3 minutes to the metro station Schlachthausgasse
-in less than 4 minutes you can get to the Donaukanal
-and in circa 10 minutes you can reach the green part of the Prater

With the U3 you can reach the Stephansplatz in little under 10 minutes. There is also a night bus, that stops right across the street from the apartment.

Lots of places for shopping: Billa, Bipa, Spar;
Also an ATM, a pharmacy, etc.

There is a fitinn nearby as well.

Das WG-Leben hat sich bis jetzt recht unkompliziert gestaltet. Da wir alle einen recht unterschiedlichen Tagesrhytmus haben, trifft man sich meistens ab und zu in der Küche und tratschen so. Manchmal gehen wir gemeinsam auf der Donau oder auf das Dach und gönnen uns ein kaltes Bier im Sommer. Wir verstehen uns alle schon richtig gut. Das WG-Leben ist sehr gechillt doch wir haben einen Putzplan + Whatsapp Gruppe und kommunizieren super offen miteinander.
Alle sprechen Deutsch, aber Englisch ist auch kein Problem.

Katya (24) studiert Eventmanagement und arbeitet nebenbei. In ihrer Freizeit malt sie gern, schreibt Gedichte und geht gern in Museen oder nette Cafés.

Ellen (33) hat eine Ausbildung angefangen und ist deshalbs während den Tag unterwegs. Wenn sie zuhause ist, ist sie meistens in ihrem Zimmer und lernt Klavier (mit Kopfhörer) oder macht Yoga. Sie kocht auch gerne. Sie ist auch eine sehr aufgeschlossene und gechillte Person.

Tomas (27) ist erst Ende März eingezogen. Studiert Physik, trifft gerne mit Freunden und fährt öfters nach Oberösterreich um Ski zu laufen. Er ist sehr unkompliziert und unterhaltsam.

The wg-life is very uncomplicated and chill. We usually meet in the kitchen and talk. Sometimes we all sit together with a glass of wine and dinner. If there is an interest we can all go the Donau Kanal together or on the roof terrace and have a beer. We understand each other well.
We also have a plan for cleaning and a whatsapp group.
Everyone speaks German but can also switch to English if needed.

Katya (24) comes originally from Ukraine. Studies even management and works simultaneously. In her free time she visits the Vienna cafes, goes to museums, paints, etc.

Ellen (33) now goes to school everyday and is usually not in the apartment during the day. At home she plays the piano (with headphones), does yoga. She cooks well and often. She is a very open and chill person.

Thomas (27) lives in the apartment since march. he studies physics, meets with his friend a lot and goes often home to Upper Austria to ski.

Was das besondere bei unserer WG sein könnte ist das Badezimmer, denn es befindet sich zwischen den Zimmern von Katya und Ellen, was bedeutet, dass man durch ein Zimmer gehen muss.
Wir haben ein System und bis jetzt habe ich kein Problem damit gehabt.
Ab 7 Uhr Morgens bis 22:30 darf man sicher durch gehen, danach haben die Mädels gerne ihre Ruhezeit. Ich habe für jeden Fall eine extra Zahnbürste in meinem Zimmer und putze die Zähne dann wenn nötwendig in der Küche.
Es ist auch klein Problem wenn man ab und zu später ins Bad muss, es ist nur wichtig das zeitlich in den Gruppen Chat zu schreiben. Katya und Ellen sind auch manchmal nicht zu hause für eine längere Zeit, was bedeutet, dass man einfach durchgehen kann.
Wenn man unkompliziert, einfühlsam ist und mit anderen gut kommunizieren kann, ist es überhaupt kein Problem.
Ich weiß, dass es ein bisschen kompliziert scheinen kann, aber ich würde sehr gerne alle Fragen beantworten. :)

The special thing about our WG is the location of the bathroom - it's on the 2 storey and is between Katya's and Ellen's rooms, which means that you have to go through one of the rooms.
We have a system and I haven't had any problems with it.
From 7 to 22:30 the bathroom can be accessed without any problems, during the night we give the girls their privacy.
I have an extra toothbrush, just in case and brush my teeth in the kitchen, if I need to.
It's also not a problem, if you sometimes need to use the bathroom later in the night, it's just important to write it in the group chat beforehand. Katya and Ellen are sometimes not at home for a longer time, which means you can enter the bathroom without disturbing anyone.
If you are uncomplicated, empathetic and and can communicate well with others, you shouldn't have any problems.
