Die Altbau-Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und hat 5 Zimmer. Du würdest das etwa 8 qm große Zimmer von Christoph inklusive aller Möbel übernehmen (Hochbett, 2 Regale, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, ...). Die Ablöse beträgt 150 Euro, die Kaution 900. Das Zimmer hat ein großzügiges Fenster zum ruhigen, grünen Innenhof. Die Zimmergröße ist überschaubar, aber wurde durch das geschickt eingebaute Hochbett gut nutzbar gemacht. Außerdem ist das geteilte Wohnzimmer geräumig und hell.
Ansonsten haben wir in der Wohnung eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Bad und Toilette sind 2 verschiedene Räume.
The old building apartment is on the 3rd floor and has 5 rooms. You would take over Christoph's 8 square meter room including all the furniture (bunk bed, 2 shelves, table, chair, curtains). The fee is 150 euros, the deposit is 900 euros. The room has a large window overlooking the quiet, green inner courtyard. The room size is manageable, but it is very usable because of the bunkbedand the shared living room is spacious and bright.
In addition, we have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. Bathroom and toilet are 2 different rooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Fasanviertel im 3. Bezirk direkt neben dem botanischen Garten und Schloss Belvedere, wo man besonders im Sommer schön sitzen, spazieren oder joggen kann.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. S-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn fahren direkt von der unten liegenden Station Rennweg ab. Zur Uni sind es mit der Straßenbahn ohne Umsteigen ca. 25 Minuten, bis Wien Mitte, von wo viele U-Bahnen abfahren, nur 5 Minuten. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 2 S-Bahn Stationen entfernt und zum Flughafen sind es ca 20 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Straße. Es gibt Hofer, Billa, Lidl und dm.
The apartment is located in the Fasanviertel in the 3rd district right next to the botanical garden and Belvedere Palace, where you can sit, walk or jog, especially in summer.
The connection to public transport is very good. S-Bahn, bus and tram leave directly from the Rennweg station below. It takes about 25 minutes by tram to get to the university without having to change trains, and only 5 minutes to Wien Mitte, from where many underground trains depart. The main train station is only 2 S-Bahn stations away and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the airport.
Shops are right in the street. There is Hofer, Billa, Lidl and dm.
Gesa, 25, studiert Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie, macht gerne Sport und ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs.
Jasper, 29, ist gerade im Endspurt seines Psychologie-Studiums, arbeitet in einer Trafik und macht auch gerne Musik.
In Zukunft geht Jasper nach Berlin und Mona, 31, kommt aus Mexiko wieder, um ihr Studium in Internationale Entwicklung in Wien fortzuführen. Sie macht gerne Yoga, spielt Tennis oder geht Laufen.
Josselyn, 29, arbeitet Vollzeit, tanzt gerne und ist viel unterwegs. Da sie Englisch spricht halten wir die Gespräche in der WG meist in Englisch.
Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr freundschaftlich und es ist uns wichtig, dass wir in keiner Zweck-WG leben. Wir haben alle unseren Alltag, verbringen aber auch gerne Zeit gemeinsam, sei es beim Abendessen oder bei einer Tasse Kaffee. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber Freunde sind bei uns immer willkommen. Da wir alle ursprünglich nicht aus Wien sind, kann es auch mal sein, dass Freunde oder Familie für ein Wochenende oder länger zu Besuch kommen.
Gesa, 25, studies cultural and social anthropology, likes to do sports and spends a lot of time with friends.
Jasper, 29, is in the final stages of his psychology studies, works in a tobacconist and also likes to make music.
In the future, Jasper is going to Berlin and Mona, 31, is coming back from Mexico to continue her studies in International Development in Vienna. She likes to do yoga, play tennis or go running.
Josselyn, 29, works full time, enjoys dancing and travels a lot. Since she speaks English, we mostly hold the conversations in the flat share in English.
Our WG life is very friendly and it is important to us that we do not live in a purpose-built WG. We all have our everyday lives, but we also like to spend time together, be it over dinner or a cup of coffee. We're not a party apartment, but friends are always welcome here. Since none of us are originally from Vienna, it can happen that friends or family come to visit for a weekend or longer.
