Schönes WG-Zimmer in 4er RennW(e)G

Die Wohnung liegt am Rennweg, direkt dort wo die 71er Bim vorbei fährt (Oberzellergasse), bei der man in wenigen Minuten ist. Die 18 St. Marx fährt auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt, genauso wie die S7 Richtung Flughafen. Zur U-Bahn Station Kardinal Nagl Platz (U3) läuft man ca. 7-10 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung der Wohnung befinden sich Billa Plus, Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Penny, DM, BIPA und auch ein Bäcker. Man kann also alles fußläufig easy erreichen.

The apartment is located on Rennweg, directly where the 71er Bim passes (Oberzellergasse), where you are in a few minutes. The 18 St. Marx also goes only 5 minutes away, as well as the S7 direction airport. To the subway station Kardinal Nagl Platz (U3) you walk about 7-10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are Billa Plus, Spar, Lidl, Hofer, Penny, DM, BIPA and also a bakery. So you can easily reach everything by foot.

In der WG leben aktuell:
Hannes. Am längsten dort und der Weise in der WG, beendet bald seinen Master in Raumplanung, arbeitet regelmäßig als Museums-Guide und gibt Führungen, liebt alles was mit Musik zu tun hat und kocht sehr gut und regelmäßig.
Eva. Kommt aus Irland und spricht auch hauptsächlich Englisch, weswegen das WG Leben quasi bilingual ist. Sie arbeitet im Vienna Social Hub, ist viel unterwegs, auch bei ihrem Freund, geht auch mal gerne feiern oder verbringt ihren Abend mit Netflix.
Jojo. Sie ist noch das WG Küken, arbeitet Nebenbei als Flugbegleiterin, fängt jetzt mit ihrem neuen Lehramtsstudium an, hat immer eine Story parat und ein offenes Ohr.

Das WG Leben findet eher ungeplant statt. Jede Person macht ihr eigenes Ding und ist viel unterwegs und man trifft sich immer wieder in der Küche (wir haben leider kein Wohnzimmer), kocht und isst gemeinsam, quatscht über alles Mögliche und unterstützt sich gegenseitig beim Einkaufen. Alles kann, nichts muss. Es ist allen wichtig, eine ungezwungene und wertschätzende Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der wird mehr oder weniger eingehalten, eine Grundsauberkeit ist aber sehr wichtig.

Currently living in the WG:
Hannes. He is living here the longest, soon finishes his master's degree in spatial planning, regularly works as a museum guide and gives tours, loves everything that has to do with music and cooks very well and regularly.
Eva. Comes from Ireland and also speaks mainly English, which is why our WG life is bilingual. She works at the Vienna Social Hub, is on the road a lot, also with her boyfriend, likes to go out partying or spends her evening with Netflix.
Jojo. Still the WG chick (meant her age haha), works part-time as a flight attendant, is now starting her new teaching degree, always has a story ready and an open ear.

The WG life takes place rather unplanned. Everyone does their own thing and is on the road a lot, but we always meet in the kitchen (we do not have a living room), cook and eat together, chat about all sorts of things and support each other when grocery shopping. Everything can, nothing has to. It's important for everyone to create an informal and appreciative atmosphere. There is a cleaning schedule, which is more or less adhered to, but basic cleanliness is very important.

!!!Der Mietvertrag läuft noch bis zum 31.12.2025, danach muss die Wohnung voraussichtlich geräumt werden!!!
Es wäre schön, wenn du ordentlich bist, aber auch nicht die Krise bekommst, wenn ein Topf mal über Nacht stehen bleibt.
Das WG Leben ist sehr ungezwungen, aber man sollte nicht erwarten jeden gemeinsam Abend zu essen, denn dafür hat jede/r /ihren/seinen eigenen Rhythmus.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank in der Wohnung. Im Keller gäbe es Stauraum, aber Optimal ist es nicht wegen Feuchtigkeit.
Es gibt Dusche und Badewanne und wenn etwas kaputt geht, dann kümmert sich die Hausverwaltung (mal schneller, mal langsamer).
Es gibt eine Hauptmieterin, von der wir die Wohnung gemeinsam untervermietet haben. Da gab es aber noch nie ein Problem und läuft alles unkompliziert ab.
Es muss sich bald um einen neuen Gas- und Stromvertrag gekümmert werden, da kommen dann vll noch ein paar Euro hinzu.

Kein Platz für Sexismus, Homophobie, Rassismus oder rechte Gesinnung.

!!!The lease runs until 31.12.2025, after which everybody has to move out!!!
It would be nice if you are neat, but also do not get the crisis if a pot isn't cleaned the same evening.
The WG life is very easy going, but you should not expect to have dinner together every evening, because for that everyone has their own rhythm.
There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and large refrigerator with freezer in the apartment. In the basement would be storage space, but it's quite humid there.
There is a shower and a bathtub and if something breaks, the property management takes care of it (sometimes faster, sometimes slower).
There is one main tenant from whom we rent the apartment together. But there has never been a problem and everything is uncomplicated.
A new gas- and electricity contract are needed soon, so maybe the rent will be more expensive (some euros), but we don't know yet.

No place for sexism, homophobia, racism or right-wing sentiment.
