Hi Hello :)
My name is Geri and I am moving out from this very cozy room. It's the 3 of us living here, I'll leave the WG in the middle of January but if it's more urgent, I can pass on the room from the beginning or January as well.
In the flat everyone's got their own space, 3 large rooms, kitchen, washing room, separate toilet and bathroom. We also have a storage room for luggages or ski equipment ;)
The kitchen is well equipped, we have a dishwasher, oven, electric stove, microwave and a little storage room as well for our kitchen appliances.
In the rent we have everything (electricity, gas, internet, insurance) included.
The room is completely furnished, I'd leave everything for the stated price, since my next room is also going to be furnished. In this you have the bed, plenty of storage space for clothes (1 large wardrobe, 1 smaller with drawers, nightstand), 2 small tables, the couch, the lamps (I don't have the LED light anymore) and douvet for the bed as well.
