Das Zimmer ist das ruhigste in unserer Wohnung, mit Innenhoflage und am Ende des Ganges. Groß, mit Parkettboden und dicken Wänden. Rollos vorhanden.
In den Nebenkosten sind Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet und Haushaltsversicherung inkludiert.

The room is the quietest in our apartment, facing the inner courtyard and at the end of the corridor. Large, with parquet flooring and thick walls. Roller blinds available.
The utilities include heating, hot water, electricity, internet and household insurance.
Öffis (U4, U3 und S-Bahn) sind praktisch um die Ecke und unser Präsident auch (wer dem Sascha also gern mal beim Gassi gehen mit seinem Hund über den Weg läuft, sollte hier unbedingt einziehen). Die Wohnung ist an einer Einbahn mit sehr wenig Verkehr, es ist also relativ ruhig. Stadtpark ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Public transport (U4, U3 and S-Bahn) is practically around the corner and so is our president (so if you like to run into Sascha while walking his dog, you should definitely move in here). The apartment is on a one-way street with very little traffic, so it's relatively quiet. The city park can be reached in 5 minutes.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und haben uns gemeinsam von einer Studi-WG in eine mehr oder weniger Berufs-WG entwickelt.
Flora (29) schreibt zwar noch (theoretisch) an ihrer Masterarbeit, ist aber Vollzeit als Campaignerin bei einer sozial-engagierten NGO tätig. Pia (29) macht gerade ihren PhD in künstlicher Intelligenz auf der TU. Wir unternehmen gerne was zusammen (vorallem Hüttenwanderungen mit Übernachtung sind so unser alljährliches Must-Do geworden), und es wird viel geplaudert - ob beim Kochen, beim Heimkommen, einem Glaserl Wein oder einer Nacht beim Techno variiert (zugegebenermaßen wird beim Techno mehr geshaked als geplaudert). Ca. 2mal im Jahr lassen wir uns auch als Gastgeber:innen zu kleineren oder größeren WG-Parties motivieren. Rücksicht ist für selbstverständlich und jede hat ihren Rückzugsort, der auch respektiert wird.
Um uns mit Adjektiven zusammenzufassen ohne noch mehr zu schwafeln: offen, humorvoll, authentisch, sportlich, zielstrebig.
Die dritte im Bunde wäre vielleicht noch zu erwähnen: Unsere WG-Maine Coon Katze, die mit unseren zwei aktuellen Mitbewohnis leider auszieht, aber immer wieder mal zu Gast sein wird :)

We are not a purpose-built flat share and have developed together from a student flat share into a more or less professional flat share.
Flora (29) is still (theoretically) writing her Master's thesis, but works full-time as a campaigner for a socially committed NGO. Pia (29) is currently doing her PhD in artificial intelligence at the TU. We like to do things together (especially hut hikes with an overnight stay have become our annual must-do), and we chat a lot - whether it's cooking, coming home, a glass of wine or a night of techno varies (admittedly, there's more shaking than chatting at techno). About twice a year we are also motivated to host smaller or larger flat share parties. Consideration is a matter of course and everyone has their own place of retreat, which is also respected.
To sum us up with adjectives without waffling on: open, humorous, authentic, sporty, determined.
The third in the group should perhaps also be mentioned: Our shared flat Maine Coon cat, who is unfortunately moving out with our two current flatmates, but will be a guest from time to time :)
