Das Zimmer ist separat begehbar und etwa 25m² groß. Es liegt nicht direkt neben den anderen beiden Zimmern, sodass man sehr viel Privatsphäre hat, weil es immer sehr ruhig ist. Die schönen Altbaufenster Richtung Südwesten durchfluten das Zimmer mit viel Licht. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, wenn erwünscht kann der Kleiderschrank (Pax) übernommen werden.

The room is separately accessible and about 25². It is not directly located next to the other bedrooms, which gives plenty of privacy. The beautiful windows typical for this old viennese building make it a very well lit room. The room will be empty upon your move, if interested the wardrobe (Pax) can be taken over.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 min. Fußweg vom Einkaufszentrum Wien Mitte entfernt, wo man neben allen möglichen Geschäften auch einen zentralen Bahnhof, die U-Bahnen U3 und U4 und die Straßenbahnlinie O findet. Sonstige öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe sind die Buslinien 4A und N29 und die Straßenbahnlinie 1, die einen direkt vor das Hauptgebäude der Uni Wien in nur 15 min bringt. Über die Rotundenbrücke kommt man direkt auf die Jesuitenwiese und von dort erreicht man die Prater Hauptallee, die einen direkt in den Prater-Vergnügungspark führt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Hofer (2min), sowie Billa 5min und Interspar (in der Mall). Außerdem findet man auf der Landstraße viele nette Cafés und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

From the apartment it's approximately a 10 min walk to the shopping-center Wien Mitte where you can not only find all sorts of stores but also a trainstation, the subway lines U3 and U4 and the tramline O. Other public transports in immediate proximity are the buslines 4A and N29 and the tramline 1 which takes you right in front of the main building of the University of Vienna in just 15 min. Walking across the Rotundenbrücke will get you to the Jesuitenwiese, a huge meadow, from where it's very easy to reach the Prater Hauptallee leading directly to the Prater amusement park. For grocery shopping you will have a Hofer in about 2min as well as Billa (5min) and Interspar (in the Mall). The Landstraßer Hauptstraße also offers a wide variety of other shops and little Cafés.

Zur Zeit wohnen hier zwei Studenten im Alter von 24 & 31 Jahren, die beide für eine sehr angenehme und lustige Atmosphäre sorgen. Ab und zu kommt es zu Spiele- und Filmabenden bei denen auch gerne mal 1-2 Cocktails serviert werden. Die eigenen Freunde und Familie sind immer herzlichst willkommen. Jeder hat natürlich die Freiheit für sich selbst zu kochen, allerdings kochen beide Burschen gerne :).

Currently there are two 24 & 31 year old students living in this apartment who both create a comfortable and fun atmosphere. From time to time we organize game and movie evenings maybe even with one or two cocktails. Friends and family are always very welcome to visit. You have the freedom to cook for yourself, but both of the flatmates cook very well :).

Da wir selber eine Küche einbauen lassen mussten, ist eine Ablöse von €1800 zu bezahlen, die beim Auszug natürlich zurückerstattet wird (-Wertverlust).
