Ich vermiete das kleine Zimmer (10 m2) in meiner 70 m2 Wohnung, da ich dieses nahezu nicht verwende. Die Wohnung besteht zusätzlich aus einem 23 m2 großem Wohn und Esszimmer, einem weiteren 25 m2 großen Schlafzimmer, einem 6 m2 großen Bad und einer 5 m2 großen Küche. Die Altbauwohnung wurde 2019 komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk, 3 Stock ohne Lift, und ist sehr hell und geräumig. Im Zimmer befindet sich bereits ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Bücherregal.(1,4 x 2 m)
I rent the small room (10 m2) in my 70 m2 apartment because I hardly use it. The apartment also consists of a 23 m2 living and dining room, another 25 m2 bedroom, a 6 m2 bathroom and a 5 m2 kitchen. The old apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and is in very good condition. The apartment is on the top floor, 3 floors without a lift, and is very bright and spacious. In the room there is already a bed (1,4 x 2 m). So you don't need to bring one.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten von der U3 Station Schlachthausgasse entfernt. Die 18er Bim fährt direkt vor der Haustür weg und die Buse 77A und 80A sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Im nahen Umfeld befinden sich die Nahversorger Spar und Billa sowie diverse Wiener Wirtshäuser mit sehr gutem Ruf und leckerem Essen. Will man sich sportlich bewegen so befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt ein Clever Fit oder ein Injoy Fitnesscenter. Will man jedoch Sport an der Natur genießen so ist der Prater sowie der Donaukanal nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das WG Zimmer eignet sich besonders für studierende der WU da diese öffentlich in 20 Minuten erreichbar ist.
The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the U3 station Schlachthausgasse. The 18er Bim drives away from the front door and buses 77A and 80A are only a 5-minute walk away. In the vicinity are the local suppliers Spar and Billa as well as various Viennese taverns with a very good reputation and delicious food. If you want to exercise, there is a Clever Fit or Injoy fitness center just 2 minutes' walk away. However, if you want to enjoy nature, the Prater and the Danube Canal are only a 10-minute walk away. The WG room is particularly suitable for students at the WU as it can be reached publicly in 20 minutes.
Zu deinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner:
Sebastian hat erfolgreich Bauingenieurwesen an der Technischen Universität Wien studiert und arbeitet derzeit für eine angesehene Tunnelbaufirma in der Schweiz als Bauleiter. Seine Arbeit ist sehr anspruchsvoll, er schätzt jedoch die Herausforderungen und die Möglichkeit, kreative und innovative Lösungen zu finden. In seiner Freizeit ist Sebastian gerne aktiv und verbringt viel Zeit mit Freunden. Wenn er nicht in den Bergen unterwegs ist, erkundet er gerne neue Restaurants und Bars in Wien. Durch seine Arbeit ist Sebastian sehr viel unterwegs und nur an den Wochenende in der WG in Wien.

Sebastian has successfully completed his degree in Civil Engineering at the Vienna University of Technology and is currently working as a construction manager for a prestigious tunneling company in Switzerland. His work is demanding, but he enjoys the challenges and the opportunity to find creative and innovative solutions. In his free time, Sebastian likes to stay active and spend time with friends. When he's not in the mountains, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars in Vienna. Due to his work, Sebastian travels a lot and is only in the shared flat in Vienna on weekends.
Es gibt eine abstellmöglichkeit des eigenen Fahrrades im Innenhof. Die Wohnung besitzt ebenso einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Regal. Weiters befindet sich im Keller ein weiterer Abstellraum. Dieser wird bis jetzt jedoch noch nicht verwendet.
